The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be ungraded, very hard and you felt like you were going to roll off all the time. Had a really bad sleep, because of the bed.

The hotel was well presented, lovely entrance, but you have to negotiate 10 steps to get to the reception desk. We had 2 x30kg suitcases, that had to be carried down.

Location was excellent! The room was spotless and stylish, just very small. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The rooftop bar had the most amazing view. I would stay here again.

Based on your previous review, you mentioned that the rooms at Hotel Barberini were a bit tight. While this may be a minor inconvenience, it doesn't seem to outweigh the positive aspects of the hotel, such as the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and great location.

I like the Hotel Barberini in Rome because of its friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and great location close to major attractions, good restaurants, and the Termini train station.

If I was being very picky the bed could have been a little softer but it was an excellent size.

More hangers were definitely needed and not all the plugs worked and those that did were not in the best positions. An extractor fan in the bathroom would have been helpful and some hooks to hang the bath robes and or towels on the door. The bar did not open until 5pm and we weren't even able to sit on the rooftop terrace until it opened, which was a great shame and something we have not encountered at any other hotel.

The location was as expected, our room was spacious, very clean, well-lit, comfortable and had a little balcony. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and gave us a great dinner recommendation which we loved. We were given a bottle of prosecco upon arrival which was a great touch. The rooftop terrace offered great views and the service was friendly.

For us the beds were too firm - the hotel did provide mattress topper on request but it was still a little too firm for us

We loved the styling of this boutique hotel. The roof top bar was nice and the barman Gigi was excellent. Great sunsets. The hotel is in a good location and yet quiet so no problems with noise.

The bed was very comfortable, rooms were quiet and staff extremely quick to respond to emails. The view from the top floor bar/restaurant was beautiful and all staff were very helpful and kind.

The floor immediately outside of the walk-in portion of the shower in our bathroom would get wet after using the shower after awhile, as there is no door to completely enclose the showering area, but we were provided with a bath mat which solved the issue.

Our overall experience at Hotel Barberini was phenomenal. We stayed in the double deluxe room which had a great view of the city; we also enjoyed the hotel’s A++ breakfast every day, their very kind and attentive staff, and get this, the hotel elevators (which you will absolutely appreciate when you come back from all that walking)! Located closely to lots of stuff including Palazzo Barberini which is full of amazing art you should definitely see. We received a bottle of Prosecco when we checked in, and little breakfast bags to take when we headed to the airport at 3am. Worth every red cent; would stay here again.

The only thing would be to have parking for guests

The location was perfect, walking distance from the Trevi fountain. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and the view was stunning. Special mention to Laura for her hospitality and amazing service. She was so sweet and genuine, always happy and willing to go above and beyond, thanks again Laura! We had drinks on the rooftop- aperol spritz was also delicious!

The only comment ,would be that the bathroom products and minibar drinks, tea & coffee were not replenished when the room was cleaned whilst we were out for the day.

There are stairs when one enters the properly so it can be a bit challenging if one has large suitcases. However, the hotel Staff were very helpful and assisted us with the suitcases.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. We found the properly to be super cleaan. The properly is very centrally located within walking distance to numerous cafes, restaurants and major attractions such as Fontana Trevi. But the best thing about the property was the wonderful Staff who were so very helpful! Nothing was was too much trouble for them. Chiara, in particular, was amazing. She helped us organise a trip to the Island of Capri at the last minute and assisted us with other things such as laundry, calling a Tour Operator to arrange our pick up, etc. There was another young Gentleman at Reception when we left the hotel , sadly I don’t remember his name. He was absolutely wonderful and helped take our large suitcases outside. This will be our hotel in Rome from now on!

The mini fridge wasn't correctly located in the counter. Had to move it a bit, every time to get it closed.

Great hotel, right at the center of the city, close to everything. Staff was courteous. Laura the waitress is so kind, she even remembered our usual orders. Highly recommended!
