Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis is a small boutique hotel but has so many cute and comfy sitting areas. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was beautiful and super comfortable! We did reserve a junior suite in order to have a larger room. We were on the second floor and I was concerned about noise, but every room has double windows so we didn’t hear anything from the street. The bed was very comfortable. We asked for feather pillows and they were brought to our room instantly. The towels were luxurious and super soft. Large walking closet and a big bathroom. The staff is amazing. Very accommodating and so incredibly friendly and nice. The hotel totally exceeded my expectations!

Location is great! Staff was amazing and so helpful. They would recommend restaurants for us and do the bookings as well. We got an upgrade which was awesome! Loved our stay there, will definitely come back. The location is great and close to the downtown.

It was centrally located and walking distance to several of the main sites in Rome. The Breakfast staff was superior they made you feel extremely comfortable. The food was so good.

United StatesI wish there could have been a dresser in the room instead of the desk, just for more storage. We stayed for 8 nights so we likely have more stuff than the average person plus the things we bought. :)
Our stay was magical. The front desk staff were so welcoming every time we can back to the hotel. Answered our questions cheerfully. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff there so accommodating, efficient and caring. Our room was small (by US standards but to be expected in EU) but well appointed and comfortable. The A/C worked great and good insulation to keep everything quiet. The housecleaning staff kept everything super clean and stocked. Location is wonderful - we walked to everything. The subway is less than one block for those who need that. We are returning to Rome in January and I would love to stay again but it's sold out for our time. No wonder because it's a superior place!

The hotel was well situated for easy walking access to the sights such as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with fantastic helpful and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was excellent and catered well for my wife who is coeliac. All in all a great place to stay.

United StatesOur a/c didn’t work the first night, but they offered to bring a fan. They replaced the entire unit the next day. They even called back the following day to ensure it was working properly (it was).
We stayed in the Barocco guest house. We had a lovely room with a king sized bed and a large bathroom with separate shower, tub and toilet room. Our air conditioner didn’t work the first night but they made sure it was repaired ASAP.
