Room is smaller than we expected. The elevator is also smaller than what we expected. We have four luggages. Once we open all of them, the room is occupied. In addition, we can hear the sound and noise from the corridor and the other rooms. The air conditioner is not working properly as well. We feel very hot and can not adjust the temperature.

The location is good and breakfast is good.

I couldn't find how to control the room temperature so was a bit cold. Maybe I was just couldn't figure it out. My room was on the ground floor facing the inner garden with french door (a few other rooms were so, too). That made me feelma little insecure.

I was going to leave for another city after one night stop-by at Milan, so the location closest to Centrale was more than perfect -- to explore Milan for half a day and to catch the train the next morning.

- The door to the bathroom does not close; - the drain in the sink is very bad; - the room looks much smaller than in the picture; - the room looks worn out.

- Great staff, polite and courteous staff. - there was no problem leaving our bags in storage after check-out; -really good breakfast; - good location near the railway station.

Rooms located on the floors are with "paper walls" you can hear the neighbours breathing. But during the night quite quiet.

Good value for the money, close to the Central Station. Kettle with tea and coffee available, also hairdryer :)

The walls between rooms were SO thin, and my neighbor snored very loudly, and it was like he was in the room with me.

the staff were amazing, so friendly, allowed me to check in early, and were so kind and cheerful every time I walked in and out of the hotel. The room was cute and clean. The breakfast was also excellent.

We visited Milan in February. The floor was very cold and there were no slippers provided and we walked in shoes. Everything else was great!

The location is really good and convenient. The metro station is 2 mins walk and 5 mins walk to Milano Centrale. There are a lot of different hotels around. It’s not dark in the evening and you feel safe. There is a kettle with green, black tea and coffee. 2 cups, shower gel and shampoo. 3 types of towels, hair dryer, basically everything you need. I liked the hotel and would come back.

The first room was small and a bit untidy. The noise of the elevator was clearly heard. But the second room was very nice.

The first day we were assigned to a room, which was below average (not renovated room, some parts of the walls were destroyed, the bathroom was really uncomfortable - no curtain or walls for bathtub so all the water was spread to the floor). We asked to change room and the next day the personnel assigned us to a renovated, more modern and comfortable room. Overall the hotel was a good choice but a bit pricey even for holiday season.

The hotel is located at Milano Centrale (main train station with direct connection to the airport and other big cities) and it was easy to go to Duomo, other parts of Milan and other cities like Como, Turin etc. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was very tasty with a big variety of savory, sweets and fruit. Cleaning service was on for every day, and the wifi has a very good connectivity and speed. Also, in the streets there are restaurants and some markets to grab some grosseries. The personnel is helpful and willing to help you if you need anything.
