During my two days stay there was not internet, one of the elevators made unsettling sounds and so several times I preferred to use the stairs. The rooms were scantily furnished.

Nothing to complain!

Everything was wonderful. The clean and quiet room, the extremely clean and cozy restaurant, the varied and delicious food, the wonderful wines and tonics, the solicitude of the receptionists who were ready to help, the valet parking which is very-very useful in this city, because the hotel is pet friendly.

First the central air conditioner was broken. Very hard to sleep with the heat. Numerous things were falling apart in room 403 there was dripping water in the shower all the time, the trashcan was broken and didn't open, the sink didn't drain, and the the tap water was murky.

The service was very good, they helped us with parking, with the luggages and a great central location. Breakfast was very varied and delicious.

Poor air condition, hardly cooled the room. The hotel is in need of renovation! The bathroom was awful.

An elegant hotel in the heart of the city that assigned me the perfect room! It was spacious with 2 balconies offering two different yet exceptional views. The staff were super kind. Not only did they allow me to store my luggage one day after I left, they let me use the lobby lounge to do a few hours of work. The staff also recommended two outstanding restaurants. Basically, they made my life easy and enjoyable. I won’t hesitate to return.

the reception and ground floor is really lovely looking, but the room on the 5th floor is not as modern or aesthetic.

The hotel is in the middle of the center in the ztl zone. The carpark is in 5 minutes walking distance. The room and the whole hotel is very nice. You can have breakfast in the terrace before the hotel. I was here twice, I will come next year as well.

Behavior of front desk during check out, instead of doing my check out they talked each other and ask me to wait, and then I waited at outside to come and do my check out, but never came and at the end my friend went and waited. ridiculous and very unpleasent.

I didn't like that it advertised a spa bath, but as parts were missing on the jets, it was unusable. The mini bar was chargeable, and they made the prices up as they go. An error on my part in booking cost €30 extra per night, I can't see the value. The breakfast offering of grilled ham was a cold slice of meat, and the actual offerings were not good. Cold pre made commercial rosti is not what we expected from a hotel of this calibre. It's unfortunate, as it spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location was good. We have stayed before, but it's certainly not a 4 star, disappointing! The reception staff were lovely and helpful. It was clean, the room, considering its advertised as superior, was small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful But as a large lady the shower was very petite I asked to change rooms and they said they had none then said they had one the next day so I moved to the modernist while the room was bigger but was not as plush as the continental And the buffet breakfast was very bad against the continental so was not happy as the traffic on the main road was very very load almost all night so as I chose the continental never got to experience it to the fullest then I found out they have several other hotels the could h as be sent us
