For me the doors in the toilet are strange. And when I get the room on the ground floor, it is too noisy sometimes to open the window.

I love this hotel, have been there for several times, good breakfast and a very nice restaurant with perfect menu. Comfortable beds and always clean

More electricity plug sockets needed in the bedroom. Very simple breakfast which by day 4 became rather boring. The superior room has a jacuzzi bath. However using the shower above the bath, with the folding doors, standing on vents, there was very little space to have a comfortable shower. I would not book a superior room again.

Good location for a wedding at Villa Dianella. We were always able to find a space in the car park. Reception staff were very helpful (breakfast staff not as friendly.) Our party of four really enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. Room was great.

Not enough plug sockets for charging devices. Mini fridge was broken and mouldy inside though the staff quickly fixed this for us by providing a brand new fridge. Bar was closed at inconvenient times. No irons in the rooms, just a communal one to use near the gym.

Staff were nice, and the rooms were clean and quiet (we were on the side away from the neighbouring grocery store). Breakfast had a good selection.

No modern plugs in the rooms, water randomly turned off in the middle of the night, breakfast was exceptionally poor.

The room was small but really everything here was decent. The breakfast food options weren't many, but the real cappuccino made up for that to us and there were enough choices that we all had something to eat.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The best part was that their free breakfast includes real espresso drinks made to order at the bar--heaven! The machine version at all the other hotels can't compare. We ate dinner here the one night it was okay, but not awesome. We walked down the street to eat another night and liked that. People are outside late into the evening playing soccer and talking. Walking distance to train station to ride in to Florence.

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom doors should be normal door and not opened and shorter from all sides. No privacy. The other person in the room can SEE and HEAR you in the bathroom.

Very poor breakfast. I think 4* hotel should have better breakfast. There were no vegetables. I was in a lot of hotel but this was for the first time that vegetables completely missed. The shower only had one head from the top (Like summer rain), which is very impractical if you don't want to get your head wet. Fortunately, a shower cap was available.

Dogs allowed in the restaurant. This is disgusting (except for guide dogs). No seated/shaded area for smoking.

The location was fine for our plans. The breakfast was pretty good and the evening meal was okay. Good parking availability.

The location in not convenient if travelling to Empoli by rail as it was about a 20 to 25 minute walk away from the station.
