Only problem we had was the shower. Fixed shower head far away from taps with a very very small screen so the floor ended up soaking & slippy. A bigger screen or a curtain would easily solve the issue.

Lovely hotel, great position for transport, airport bus, old town etc. Very nice breakfast room with a great choice of food. Staff all very friendly & pleasant. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.

Very nice hotel, with beautiful view on Citta Alta. It is close to the train station (10 minutes walk), the bus stop to the airport is across the road. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Good internet. The room is spacious. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Breakfast was excellent (food quality and variety). However, breakfast room / space could be organized differently to manage flows better especially during the rush hours.

People @ reception desk lovely, competent and very efficient. Parking valet service very convenient. In a nutshell, all staff was discrete and efficient, showing a strong customer service approach

My only criticism is the balconies need some attention . We had a fabulous view overlooking the magnificent old town but the balcony was grubby and in need of attention

Its location is fabulous . The staff were awesome and I travelled with my 81 year old mother in law on a very early flight from UK and we were lucky to get an early check in at 10.30 which was amazing and allowed my mother in law to have a short rest.

Very nice hotel, a short walk from the train station and close to a nice park. The hotel has a luxurious feel, the wooden panelling and room doors, as you walk along the corridor are a joy. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff were really nice and helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Personally, I prefer breakfast to run at least up to 10.30am. Even if restaurant finishes at 10am, penalising people who arrive 9.45 to some limited food is not fair.

Breakfast and choice excellent. However, if you weren't down 'early' , and arrived closer to finish time of 10am, the provisions of some items limited. Staff in Restaurant, friendly, helpful and restaurant and utilities very clean.

The location is perfect to explore both the old and new parts of the city. The bus stop is very close to the hotel and is very convenient for travel to/from the airport.

The sonic isolation to the street was ineffective. This is a main road, very circulated. On Sat noise until after midnight. For a 4* this is not good.

Room was located to the noisy street. No problem when the balcony window was closed. The room is decorated in little bit old fashioned style, a lot of textile materials etc, however, all was well cleaned.

We spent just one night in the hotel. It is located in the walking distance to cable car to Cita Alta, as well as 10 min from Railway station (Stazione) Bergamo. Breakfast with the fantastic choice. Bathroom well equipped.
