I waited 30 miniutes in the middle of the day to get checked in. The door to the lobby was locked, and no one was answering there phone. After 30 miniutes we were finally able to check in. Way to long to check in.

Good location, clean, friendly staff. Vibrant place. Uber transfer (itTaxj can be requested/paid via Uber app) to Ciampino Airport at 3am was easy and cost 33 Euros.

There was noise from outside at night but Felice hotel was a great choice for us after all.

The staff was polite and helpful, we liked the size of the room and the private bathroom. There was a small buffet each morning with a few apples, tea, great juice included in the price. The hotel is placed on a good street with cafes and bus stations.

Hotel called me a couple of days prior to my arrival claiming that I booked a room with shared bathroom, which I didn’t, and asking whether I would like an upgrade for a room with bathroom with an extra cost of 45 euros per night, which I had no option but to do given that my original booking was already charged. The room was quite small with no proper space for storing clothes: there were no proper hangers for trousers. I asked for them and the reception told me they will try and never bother to get back to me. The breakfast was a joke. They left a basket full with breads, corn flakes, coffee capsules, jelly ( no butter) in the room for our entire stay and asked us to go to a common area to prepare the coffee and get some milk and juice. We were supposed to take the glasses, coffee mugs, and silverware from the room use them, rinse after and bring back to the room every day. The WiFi was basically not working. Unstable and very poor.

Beds were confortable. Vicinity was pleasant.

In fact, the photos in the web or booking only show pictures of the most expensive rooms, and when I made the reservation, I chose an economy room thinking that it is like in the picture but everything it was different. The room was not suitable for a long stay and in which there was no bathroom inside and you have to share with others. Another thing I want to add is that they do not offer reception service after 7 pm..so if you want to check in after that time, the situation will be a little complicated.

I can not give a comment for breakfast because I was fasting so I didn't need this service. About the room it was very small, without bathroom in the room.

Payment in only Cash was really weird, mostly when you arrive, they make you withdraw 200€, no cards accepted.

We loved the area, popular area outside of the “centric scam tourists restaurants”, nice restaurants “Osterias”, subway & Train really close, Parking available for 20$ a night, Terrasse & smoking area in the hotel.

I had booked with my husband a room requested with private bathroom and once I paid the non refund booking for 3 nights a member of the hotel staff contacted me via WhatsApp telling me that the room will be shared and if I wanted a private room with private bathroom I would have to pay an extra 50€. I got annoyed by this because I already paid for the room and till I make the payment they haven't say this but we'll I accepted but when we arrived to the hotel they day of the check in, the receptionist told me that to get the room with private bathroom I'll have to pay 50€ per night not in total as I have been told previously. But this is not all. The room was quite dirty, the mattress from the bed really old the way that we could feel the wires stuck into out back every hight, really painful neck pain and crazy uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the bedroom was full of humidity and so dirty as you can see in the photos I am tagging here. Disgusting to take shower. We ended up paying in total 410€ for a dirty room and bathroom 1h by walk from main center so I dong recommend it at all. The original price for the 3 nights was 233€ but as they over charge us 150€ extra to have private bathroom and 33€ more as tourist taxes that turns to 410€.

There is no reception late night. We arrived around 21h and the Hotel was closed. We stayed outside calling to the phone informed, with no answer. After 1 hour, somebody appeared to open. After all this situation, we where tired and dirty, the shower was not working the hot water. So we couldn't take shower the first night after traveling. It was a nightmare. Next day not even a sorry for this.

The breakfast was terrible. I can't call that breakfast. It was only a few small croissants without anything and coffee. Despite the room being comfortable there is no AC. If the weather is warm it will be difficult to sleep.

The hotel met expectations. Close to the bus station, metro and central station Termini. Many restaurants and bars near the hotel. Easy late self check-in with clear instructions. Friendly staff, clean rooms daily maintained, comfortable beds, beautiful terrace. Тhe heating worked for a few hours only at night, enough to warm the room.

There was no air conditioning also very uncomfortable bed and roaches in room my husband and I left our room and went for a tour the office that opens until 7.30-8pm was closed when we returned we immediately checked on our luggage and discovered a pull string bag with our jewelry was gone there were no staff other than the couple who took our credit card we know they came in the room because the garbage was gone I waited the next morning for them but they never showed. I had to check out at 6 to board my cruise ship and an old guy in his 80s check us out this couple went through our luggage and helped themselves Rome is a beautiful place but people like these make it an ugly experience. Visitors please be aware.

The street is very busy and very noisy we couldnt sleep well and the bathroom was shared however we booked it because it showed us privte bathroom , Reseption is closed by 7pm this is not a usual time to close for us .. they charged 5euro for breakfast and it was basicly a cake and juse , in the room there was cornflexs and cake I mean you can eat proper hot food outside for 6 euros . I was disappointed and i would payed a little more to stay in a comfortable place
