The condition of the room was not as we expected. And it was too late 1 am to find something else. Everyday we asked for receipt, and I forced them to give it last day. The city tax was charge in cash so we had to look for an ATM. The bathroom didn't have good ventilation. The bed was too firm.

The location is perfect, close to Termini. There was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room.

The lack of a safe in the room and the absence of kitchen utensils were notable inconveniences that affected our comfort and sense of security. Additionally, the drafty window, while it kept the room warm, allowed street noise to permeate our space, somewhat disturbing our peace. These minor shortcomings slightly marred our overall experience.

We really appreciated the flawless Wi-Fi connection throughout our stay, which kept us connected and entertained without any interruptions. The warmth and comfort inside the room were commendable, especially given the chilly weather outside and the drafty window. Furthermore, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness made our experience more enjoyable, contributing significantly to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The localization is also awesome.

Very small hotel, 8 rooms vary in size. Some are much smaller than the others. Friendly staff member cleaning the rooms.

Location by Termini Train Station and lots of restaurants downstairs.

The description of the hotel is very misleading. This is not a hotel…. The services were not compatible with a hotel. So disappointed!!

My mom saw a cockroach on the fridge, in general Rome is really dirty city, especially in July and ofc this area Roma Termini is the dirtiest part, so I understand why; some dirty water started to go out from the shower when we have opened a water from sink; a hole under the window, we’re too tired to be angry because of the noise outside, but noise is noise for some people; my pillow had a blood spot, it looked like a blood, anyway it’s some red spot and it’s dirty; no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower and the door of it was a bit broken or smth like that

We arrived to the airport late night and the terminal of airport shuttle is Roma Termini, so that’s why I chose the closest place to avoid walking in the city at night, location was good for us in general, I liked the stuff and the possibility to have a tea/coffee, bed is comfortable, fridge in the room, bidet

The biggest problem that the were the cockroach in the room and we did not switch off the light because the cockroach usually not very active when light is turn on. The toilet was little broken. The curtains smelled of tobacco smoke. Also we paid extra tourist tax by cash, but in the booking price it was described that the tax is included.

The location is only one thing that is good for this room, because it is near the termini station. The staff is friendly.

Shower space is limited. On checking we didn't have proper instructions how to use the microwave oven and how we use coffee etc for bed tea. Suggest to be occupied someone at the Reception desk during day & night because using keys was troublesome.

Location is good about the transportation. But the neighbourhood is not that good, especially for staying late.

If you are going to use this Hotel for just sleeping, it is great fit. Apart from that, do not expect anything special. Room was really clean after check in. We did not want any room service after that.
