The walls seems like they are made out of paper, you can hear your neighbors conversations and other stuff ;) I know I'm being picky but if you are 190m tall and big the shower is quite small, very close fit :) They need to update the pdf with the info because those instructions were from another time and were indicating the left door while the codes were working on the right door and the direction to baggage room were also outdated.

The location was good, easy to find. The room was warm in the cold of the winter, cozy and plenty of room for all the stuff. No smells or other stuff from the canals in this season.

The smell at the entrance and inside the bathroom coming from the canalizations on the first floor. We knew this issue existed in different properties in Venice but it was still a bit annoying. Except for that, it was a lovely stay.

The location is about a 10mn walk from Venice station. The decoration is cozy cute and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the small patio in front of our room, really convenient for a short break out of the hustle of Venice.

The digital entrance didn't always work, many people were left stranded outside the door over the several days we were there. Staff are only on site a few hours a day, so no one to contact. A coffee pot was available but no coffee to put in it. Staff made coffee at about 9:00 am. by then most people were out for the day.

The room size was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and linens and towels were of good quality. The balcony seating was enjoyable for a glass of wine in the evenings.

The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, there was hair around. Couldn't find the air conditioning remote controller.

The room was spacious and clean but a tiny bit shabby in places, a bit more surface area (a desk or dressing table) would have been helpful. The keyless entry and lack of reception has its pros and cons - it doesn't feel quite as secure as a manned hotel, but the remote receptionist via whatsapp responded super fast and was very helpful indeed!

The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from the boat stop from the airport, and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Even though it's right next to a busy part of the city, the hotel was calm and quiet. They allowed us to store our baggage before and after check in, and the lady who was there when we arrived was friendly and helpful.

My room didn’t have a window in the bathroom, but as I talked to my friends who stayed there too, it seem as it was only my room. So not all the rooms have a window in the bathroom and the smell from the canals really started to be a little bit uncomfortable on the last day.

The location is very good, close to the railway station, a 20 min walk to Piazza San Marco. Te decor is modern, the bed is comfortable and overall very nice accomodation.

the location of this hotel is great! the only downside is everything is self check in and you’ve gotta do everything your self which isn’t that great. kind of takes away from the holiday when it’s all done by your self regardless a good stay and the room was super clean and cool

There wasn’t a cabinet or shelf in the bathroom to put your bathroom necessities on which was very inconvenient. The A/C constantly leaked onto the floor and was annoying to listen to the dripping.

Close to the train station so wasn’t hard to get our bags there. It was quiet and away from the crowded streets.

One of the rooms I booked did not have a proper shower enclosure, so water kept flowing out the bath area.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, water in room, fully automated entry which made checking in and out a breeze!
