Fabulous property - great location. Loved the Prosecco hour and the coffee and cakes on offer every day. Free bikes as well. I had heard that the breakfast was amazing and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Loved the idea of having bikes to ride around Lucca. The free drinks/food available during the day was a nice touch especially during this heat.

Lovely hotel. We loved the free bike hire which was perfect for an evening ride around the walls, delicious breakfast ,the jacuzzi was excellent to cool down in on a very hot 40 degree day. The staff were amazing and gave us a free bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon🥂

The shower had a leak but staff were responsive in managing this. It did not hinder our stay.

Loved the location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast on the terrace, access to an excellent free bite and drink during the day. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our only tiny niggle was that the shower water overflowed a bit onto the floor if you weren’t careful but there were so many towels it didn’t matter.

This hotel is in a perfect spot. The rooms are high standard and well equipped the bathroom was great too. The hotel is visually attractive the terrace is beautiful for breakfast which is of an extremely high standard - very artisan. Many guests immensely enjoyed the hot tub and it was perfect to have a few sunbeds to relax on in the afternoon after a day sightseeing - especially during happy hour which was a very welcome bonus ! Staff endlessly patient with directions and recommendations and couldn’t do enough - booked everything for us we asked for. Free bikes were really useful too. We would definitely stay again !

All excellent ....nothing to dislike!

Hotel excellent, charming, spotless, smart, comfortable and extremely hospitable. Staff friendly, polite and very helpful. Facilities very good including free use of bikes, spa tub and access to some complimentary drinks in reception area in afternoons. Breakfast excellent and well staffed including gluten free items too which is really helpful for people like myself who are coeliac. All in all a really lovely stay and yes, would stay there and visit Lucca again.

Breakfast room was quite small so a bit of a squeeze to move around when busy, but this is the only fault I could name! It's a lovely place.

Location was fantastic, we were upgraded to the rooms in the tower which was a great surprise! Staff were very helpful especially Bruno who helped us with our luggage, and the breakfast was delicious!

The only very sight negative was that the breakfast area was a bit cramped and got very busy - the choice was excellent, and it was replenished often but there wasn’t really enough room for the numbers of people.

Fantastic location, great facilities at the hotel and the split level rooms are perfect for families (probably best for kids over 5). Rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were so helpful with everything, such as recommending and booking restaurants. Parking was a bonus - although the tiny streets are a bit hair-raising on arrival!

We were in the tower building which is separate from the rest of the hotel where our adult kids were staying and where the breakfast and happy hour were. Not a far walk so not a big deal but we would have preferred to be in the same building with the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, close to the restaurants and shopping. Not a far walk from the train station. Our room was nice and big, very clean, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Provided restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Breakfast set up each morning was very nice and a free happy hour in the afternoon.

The lady at concierge and all staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations and making dinner reservations for us, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast food was great, there was even a little refreshment station with food and drinks available throughout the day. The bikes to use were great, the ride around the wall was so lovely. Overall, I could not fault this charming and lovely hotel.
