It was said at the property that you could use pool and jaccuzzi until 10 pm, but when my boyfriend and I wanted to use it at 8 pm, there was no water in the jaccuzzi and there was a pool cleaner robot in the pool.

Two-bed rooms were converted into 4-bed rooms (with unstable bunk beds) and 3-bed rooms. It was impossible to move around the room. Miniature bathroom.

It's in a very good location. The kitchen is great.

The rooms are really small. Especially the bathroom. But of course that was arealdy made obvious in the description. Also it took quite long at the reception some times.

We liked the breakfast. Also the staff was very nice and the rooms and common area was nice too. There was free parking which we appriciated. We especially enjoxed the bar.

Our room was small, therefore in the bathroom has limited place for movement as well.The balcony is also narrow but good to dry wet towels and swimming suits. The bed could be harder but still ok for sleeping.

Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, and so much... Coffee and croissants are great. Pool and jakuzzi were clean,a bit cold for the first moment. After 2 minutes moving the pool has really pleasant temperature,kids loved it. The staff is very kind at the reception,restaurant,bar and cleaning. This is a family friend hotel. Overall we had a nice holiday,maybe we will come back. Air-conditioning works perfectly.

We were quite disappointed by the housekeeping service. Once we checked-in we found small impurity on the bidet and a hair in the wardrobe. The daily housekeeping service was not attentive to details and couple of essentials were missing in the room. In our room, the cup for storing toothbrushes was brought just 2 days before departure. In the other room, my mother didn't get a mineral water upon arrival and when she asked for the refill of the bathroom facilities (multiple times) it was never done. The housekeeping service definitely does not comply with the 4-star standard.

The hotel is located in Lignano Pineta, which is a very nice surrounding with beautiful greenery and a lot of pine trees. Hotel offers a nice garden with the pool, whirpool and a bar area. It is close to the beach as well as to the main shopping street and Lignano Sabbiadoro centre by bike (3 hours for free available). Huge advantage of the hotel is the culinary part. We made a reservation for breakfast only however, extended the service for the half board. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, buffet is served by waiters both on breakfast and dinner. The food was truly amazing and diverse and the waiters are professionals.

-just small things that can be improved. - No glasses/cups in room . This is the first time that we had no glasses/cups in our room. That is standard even for a *** hotel. - Lack of information - there is always either a TV channel with information or a piece of paper with basic info about the hotel and its sevices (wifi password ,what the hotel offers etd.) but it is not the case with this hotel -poor vegetable at breakfast

Too small room for family, very small balcony, staff could not speek English. The water in the pool was very cold.

The staff is unkind, except cleaners. The pool is closed from 13-16 PM. There is no enough food offer for breakfast, empty juice containers, no glasses, no coffee pots, nothing. Nobody prepare you a table, you have to ask for it, and when you ask they are unkind. In the room there was a plumbing problems. We have to use whole week same towels etc.

Hotel looks good comfortable, but it only looks on the first sight.

The room was not really cleened. There where an old soap forgot from the guest before us. The food was not that good. And the breakfast was mostley cakes... it says 4 stars but I would say 3.

The hotel is located in a green area and very close to the beach. They also offer big parking and a smaller pool with a jacuzzi. I also suggest you take a full board or at least half board as the food is delicious - they also offer vegetarian options!

Staff on the recepction extremly unplesant. They did not want to be helpfull and to resolve some problems during reservation proces. Women from the recepcion drop in in our room and kick us ( with kids) out altouth she give me key 3 minutes before. My kids were scared and did not know are we a criminals! Room is very small. Old dirty furniture and walls. Strange smell in the room. Too soft beds. This is hotel does not deserve not either 3 stars. Booking does not resolve the problem and I think that was some dificultes during proces on the Booking platform.

Parking could be easier, but it's for a reason. It's an awesome place. So many cars will be parking around.

Professional and very helpful staff. Very good bar with a world class bartender, and exceptionally good breakfast selection. Also they helped me to find a local trustable mechanic that fixed my car that broke down on the way to the hotel. Child friendly hotel. Easy tp access location.
