Room although comfortable is looking quite tired, shower over bath is ok, but bath is very very narrow so did almost fall over when trying to turn around. There is only two easily accessible plug sockets neither by the bed

Only downside, explained we had came on our honeymoon and our room overlooked the back of another hotel and a back alley where the bins were kept which was a shame.

Very happy with our stay - the hotel is close to the Roma Termini but the hotel feels personal and not like a typical chain hotel. Lovely staff who were very helpful.

Very nice, old styled hotel. Short walking distance from Rome Terminal. Bathtub w/ shower. Very clean room. We slept on small twin beds, but that's OK. Very close to several nice cafes. Served a Full breakfast as part of the room charge

No Iron to iron my clothes, rang reception and they don't offer them Also very small TV in the room but I guess you don't watch it much when in Rome!

Location was good, right next to the bus station, but also close to the H2 bus stop which brings you to the other side of the city. Very handy Also the staff were very nice and welcoming

The area at night can be a bit scary but if you not planning on going out at night alone, you will be fine

Customer service, friendliness , the hotel was nice and clean, closeness to major attractions ( took us 15 min to walk to Colosseum) and to Tremini station 5 min.

The fridge in the room was not working and the TV only had channels in Italian. After 11pm you can hear inebriated tourists from the rooftop terrace.

My room was ready early so I could check in. The staff at the reception were really busy but helpful and somewhat polite. The room was facing an inner courtyard which meant it was dark but in a May's sunlight that was quite welcomed. For a single room it was very spacious with comfy single bed, writing deck, a wardrobe and a stand for a suitcase. Most amazing was the bathroom. It was huge with large shower and plenty of nice towels. I didn't have a breakfast in the hotel, there are plenty of good cafes around. The distance to the train station is perfect but be careful of the pickpockets at the station.

BE AWARE! Disappointed. No information --on their website as well as other reservations sites--- of regulations on energy, environmental rules on air conditioning. At our arrival we were not told there is no A/C. Found that at we enter the room with a warm wave welcoming us☹️. Called front desk and excuses such us environmental city laws doesn't allow the use of A/C until June!!!! and that the best they can do is to provide a fan. My husband is diabetic so I insist they need to do something better than the fan. Asked to talk to a manager - not available- . Our first night wasn't pleasant . Following up in the morning a clerk at front desk said that we were the only ones complaining !!! and he will be doing an exceptional effort to provide A/C. which is being monitored by the management. Unapologetic front desk.

The front desk gentlemen could have bee a little friendlier. Liked the tub in bath, but water from shower seemed to go. Everywhere. The breakfast was good, but crowded.
