Super tiny shower and the whole bathroom was extremely small. Plenty to choose for breakfast although the quality isn't great.

Facilities old and hotel needs renovation. Cleanliness must be improved big time. Floor carpet as for instance was too old and dirty. Or shower head holder didn't work, as it was sliding loose along the bar, So you had to hold the shower head by one hand. When arrived the sink was plugged, but it was immediately fixed upon our request

We didn't have breakfast during our stay. Location is one of the best if you want to visit the main attractions in center such as Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi, Villa Borghese etc

Location is the most important is about 10 minutes from the train station of Rome and the center of the city is accessible too is about 20 of the Vatican

it seemed a bit old/outdated, but we didn't mind much about that because out room was on the first floor and we could quickly get to the room whenever we came back from all our walking.

We like the food and we like the room, it was a good size and well equipped. We enjoyed walking, the staff are very nice and quickly helped us to find our way around the city. We felt safe in the vicinity and the restaurants around the hotel are very nice indeed, there is very good value for money. Also, the location is excellent and has very good transport links. Regardless, we actually walked back and a forth to the Colosseum! :)

too old, too dark if the sheets and towels looked anything like the rest of the room (walls, floor, ceiling.. everything) I would definitely not have stayed here

The only thing is that the wifi worked perfectly for the first 3 days and the last 3 it just didn't work in the room anymore, I had to stand in the corridor in order to get proper wifi to work. I think the hotel should check to connection in every room and ensure it's fonctionning state.

It was more than enough to sleep in, very clean and a big room. A very nice location and pretty easy way to navigate the hotel. Cleaning was done every single day so we had the satisfaction of coming into a clean and air conditionned room in the evening, and after a long hot roman day the aircon' was more than welcomed.

They called me at 7 AM on the phone in the room and after they knowked at the door few minutes later. I'm still wondering what was the reason...

There decoration was dirty and dated needs a full redecoration the toilet waste was leaking into the bathroom floor this was fixed within 2 days.

Nothing hotel was poor and i would suggest this is put as a hostel not a hotel.

The room needs some major updating! It looks like it has been that way at least since the 1970s. The bedspreads were clearly soiled---dark streaks on them. This made it hard for us to feel comfortable about "peeling the covers away and climbing in." The carpet has been there for many, many years I presume. I'm not sure whether this is a select "budget" room for booking.com users?? All the amenities that could be offered don't matter if the room feels unclean. P.S. the lovely picture with their site is nice. We did NOT have fresh flowers in our room.

We are not typically "picky travelers"---it was just my daughter and me. I'm starting to wonder if they see upon arrival that we booked through booking.com and that we aren't a couple, so they provide us with the "lesser" of their available rooms. (This seemed to happen with another booking on this trip as well.) The size of the room was fine. The shower/bathroom was decent. There was hot running water for showers. It was nice that they had a restaurant next door so you could purchase coffee or breakfast items. The desk clerks were pleasant/friendly.
