The service was great especially helpful including rooftop service. Room beautfully decorated and comfortable. Hotel was undergoing renovations but so discreet you didn't notice. Very quiet and great location. ATM in the hotel an advantage.

The hotel was undergoing renovations whilst we were there, so there was the occasional building-work noise and areas looking a little untidy. That being said, the staff were very apologetic about the situation, and we don't feel it hampered our stay. I'm sure the hotel will be even better once work has been completed!

Excellent hotel, ideally situated in the thriving Monti district with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a rooftop bar offering food and drinks too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - we were very satisfied with the added offer to book our tickets for the Vatican Museum a day in advance, which meant we could skip the line for a more relaxed experience. The taxi booking service was also superb. Great breakfast offering many choices, comfortable room and overall a very pleasant stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were recently renovated. The breakfast was good and it had gluten free options, but you have to ask for them.

The renovation work was the only thing that spoiled it. Impacted more on my mother in law who was on 5th floor. Noisy with drills and the staircases were not in a good state.

Convenient lift, nice size rooms, convenient location. Very helpful staff and free self serve coffee all day. Staff had direct line to taxi and could summon quickly at all times of the day.

Construction Working into the hotel were quite noisy and disturbing. The price for 1 night in standard room in this hotel was far away from being reasonable.

Location very closed to Termini train station and few minutes walking to metro. Room was large and comfortable.

Overall there was nothing I didn't like about this hotel and, as previously said, we love Rome.

We love Rome, and the hotel was only 10 mins from the Colosseum. Staff were very friendly, the hotel itself was very nice even though it is still undergoing some renovation. We were not disturbed by any work. The hotel is clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious.

We got weird charge for minibar, but they cancelled it once we disputed it, at the end there were no issues and we would return.

Location was great, lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, quite during night and most important near majority of sights. Loved the bed and bathroom was quite spacious.

It's a steep walk to and from Roma Termini station and the hotel - this made walking from the station with luggage a little challenging.

The accommodation was clean and I felt very comfortable. Great price for the facilities provided.

While we stayed, they were refurbishing . Although , the place was kept clean and staff ensured there was minimal disruption .

The location was great , close to Termini Station . Some nice little coffee shops close by , a convience store 2 doors away and a short walk to The Basicilla Santa Maria Maggiore . The staff were great , friendly , professional and helpful. We had a room with a patio which was lovely to relax on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine . The rooms were clean , lovely comfortable beds and the bathrooms were modern and bright . We didn't have the breakfast , but all the guests we spoke to praised it very highly and said it was lovely .
