We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Italyit was old, low quality and nothing like the photo on the web. the shower was so small my husband could not get in. i cod not lift up my arms or move. i am 5.1.
it was near the location where I had to work. the photographer who took the photos of the the rooms and structure is amazing. he made the place look great,in reality it was not.

Romaniathe hotel is quite far from the center, there are a few restaurants around, not the best ones. What amazed me was the lack of a minibar. If you are thirsty during the night, you have to get out of the rom in the hall to get your water. Honestly, in 2021 I never saw a three-star hotel without a minibar. The hotel is old with some improvements but does not live up to the description on the booking.com. The hotel does not have a private beach, I alone paid 40 euros for 3 days umbrella and sunbed at Cavallino Azzuro. Good breakfast, the same each day but not bad and friendly staff but it's the kind of place I wouldn't go back to and wouldn't recommend to friends.
