It was mentioned in the details of the hotel that all rooms have air conditioning. However, after I checked in, I realized that the AC is placed in another room, which is far from the bed. The reception informed me the central one in the bedroom can't be turned on, and as a consequence, the room was super hot and humid, which made sleeping there very uncomfortable.

Felt like a dorm room with twin beds - very plain for the price. Stayed in building behind hotel Spa did not have hot and cold healing showers - only cold Waterfall shower in spa was plugged but you had to walk through cold nasty water to get to the pool. Water jets in pool only stayed on for 10-15 seconds - had to reset them - just gave up

Proximity to concert venue - however 30 minute walk in rain when taxi was said to be late

Noise from other rooms and corridors. Not that other guests were particularly noisy, but there was absolutely no sound insulation so any door closed in the corridor feels like it is right next to your ear. I strongly recommend ear plugs. If there were noisy guests the stay would become a nightmare. The city center is quite far: 30 min on a crowded bus (the stops are close to the hotel) or some 45 min walk if you are fit and make no stops on the way The gym is nearly useless- 5 machines, one was non-functional, 2 poorly maintained and close to a breakdown.

Very helpful staff - friendly, professional, well-informed and supportive. Very tasty breakfast with a decent selection (not astonishing but okay). The rooms were tidy with a cleaner coming each day. WiFi in the room worked fine (but there is no cell phone signal and no WiFi in the gym by the way - download your music in advance). The AC Fiorentina football stadium is not far, some 20 min walk.

first was location of the hotel, it was closely located near firenze, had good parking space, there is a jazz restaurant just around the corner, which was also quite a good for drink and food. overhaul the room was clean, bed was comfortable, staffs are very friendly, enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent! The hotel was also very clean. The staff were friendly too. I overpaid as I booked quite late so I would have enjoyed it more had I paid a little less. An extremely satisfactory hotel though, I would recommend it at the right price.

The price for parking is in my opion a bit high, 18€ for a day. and there are only 2 garage places. the rest is outside in the courtyard.

Our travelling was by car, to reach the hotel was easy, but it is a little outside the city! A bus stop was around the corner , so that we could leave our car in the garage. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room a bit small for the amount of people. Our room was ok. The matress on the bed super good, nice and firm, just the way we like it! The staff at the front desk always nice and helpfull, a special thanks to the guys in the breakfast room, Michel and Akif did a great job.

It is in the city but 30 /35 mins walk from the main part of town, we like walking so not really an issue.

Personal preference but the beds are memory foam mattresses which I find uncomfortable and warm.

Lovely hotel in a lovely riverside area with several bakeries, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Spa area is excellent however if the hotel was busier I think it would be a pain getting to use the pool as it's really small.

The ventilation system was not working! Either you have to turn it off or it will work on one fixed temperature! There were no tissues and no water (you need to buy the water!!!) And there are many other remarks but i guess i have made my crying baby list. The price / quality is bad! The only good thing that i have appreciated in this hotel was the staff and their kindness.

The only downside of the hotel was the location , a little bit outside of the centre and in the heat was sometimes a difficult walk.
