There is restoration work going on in the square which we weren’t informed about ahead of time, so we had to resolve that with desk staff - who were not very helpful or apologetic; however, once the manager was involved they sorted out our problem and were very generous and accommodating to ensure we had a lovely stay

The hotel is in two buildings both in the historic piazza directly in front of the Pantheon; we had two different rooms in the Annex building, both of which had great views, facilities and were clean and comfortable

We stayed in a 2-bedroom loft facing the Pantheon, and it was so beautiful it's hard to describe. The loft was the epitome of luxury and felt truly magical.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a gasping view of the Pantheon. The room service was wonderful. Everything that you could ask the staff will provide. Extremely nice staff, clean room, and everything was exceptional.

The rooms are small. It felt pricey given the room size. Our room wasn’t ready at 2 pm. We had hoped for early check-in but ended up with late check-in. (Just 30 min late)

The location is fantastic. The staff were responsive to our needs and requests.

Lovley hotel in an amazing location! We walked everywhere from here. Clean, modern, great breakfast. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, they even recommended a restaurant and called to make us a reservation.

Great location, walking distance to most attractions. You can also just stay in the piazza and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were great. Place was very clean! It also has a lift :)

The only thing I didn’t love was the location. You need to battle the crowds to get to this hotel. Not easily accessible by taxi. It is surrounded by lots of tourist trappy type shops and restaurants.

Despite being located in a VERY touristy part of Rome, this hotel is a peaceful and QUIET oasis from the chaos. I was shocked at how quiet my room! WiFi is excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff is wonderful. Little extras: cookies in the room each day. Breakfast was among the best I have ever had an Italy - excellent and beautiful assortment. Great shower.

Bar wasn't open a lot but that didn't matter so much around and we bought wine at local grocery.

The best location in Rome! The view from our window was amazing looking right at Pantheon.. I would not stay anywhere else. Taxi stand right in our square so easy to get taxi anytime you need one. This area is quaint compared to Trevi (TO CROWDED) and Spanish Steps (WAY to crowed 😣😣😣). This hotel was 5 stars the room was amazing. There are two large grocery stores right outside but hidden down small street. Their grocery stores look like tiny shop tiny entrance but opens up inside to wine, meat, cheese it's huge with anything you want.

Everything was great. The only thing that was a bit odd was steps down in our room , which we always kind of forgot about, and nearly fell into the room each time!

We loved the fact it was a very central location and the staff on check-in was super friendly and helpful. You felt nothing was too much trouble and it was a lovely touch to offer a welcome drink although we didn’t take that- we forgot

Myself and a friend stayed here as we were running the Rome marathon . Everything about the stay was excellent especially the staff. The girls in reception were so helpful and friendly. Location was perfect in terms of being near everything and the start line on the morning of the race . Could not recommend this hotel highly enough ! It was a great place to stay !

Being in the centre of the city in a main tourist area does mean that it’s quite loud at night. The breakfast wasn’t great either I’m afraid.

The location of this hotel is great, the room we had was incredible - extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and full of character with great views. The staff were happy, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Cocktails in the evenings were really good!
