There is nothing to dislike about this property.

It is a most beautiful hotel in a converted mansion with a lovely garden and pool area. Large, comfortable room with luxury quality bed linen, furnishings and bath towels. Well appointed and large bathroom Being able to open screened windows in room was a plus. Great breakfast spread. Ideal location just on edge of the old town making for easy and quick access to shops cafes and restaurants Free onsite parking. Minibar in room.

Everything is wonderful.

The property is beautifully located in the lovely medieval town of Città della Pieve. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Veronica! We thoroughly enjoyed an abundant breakfast after a wonderful night’s sleep.

The room may have been a little over-perfumed when we arrived. The water pressure in the shower was a little too soft. Other than that, it was wonderful.

It is a most wonderful hotel situated in a gorgeous ancient city. The staff were very friendly and most helpful regarding some unusual issues that we had. The room was clean, cool, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately the small town, including the hotel restaurant, more or less shits down Monday thru Wednesday. However, that gives you the opportunity to explore close-by towns such as Chiusi Altro, Pinacale and Castiglione.

The hotel was perfect. The views and weather were fantastic.

Easy to reach & find the hotel; located in a lovely small town that feels very welcoming; beautiful renovated property with history; easy to access by car; beautiful outdoor spaces (perfect for relaxation in the sun) with a pool. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they were always happy to help and make suggestions for nearby excursions. There are many spaces downstairs that are inviting, and easy to work from. I spent the day working, with great internet connection & pleasant, quiet environment. the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) was also pleasant, with incredible staff and service. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very new & clean! Everything was perfect.

Room was on the small side. Parking a longish uphill walk (when with luggage) from hotel entrance. Only if you’re lucky can you find a temporary parking spot near the entrance to unload the car.

Staff always appear very aloof. They hardly ever engage with customers and just about look up from the reception desk when you come in or leave the hotel. The hotel hardly ever appears like anyone is looking at the minor details. It could quite easily look shabby.

We have stayed many times at the Vannucci. The breakfast has certainly improved over the years. The room we had was good.

The beds are very hard, with my wife being 8 months pregnant it was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

It was super clean and tastefully decorated. From the moment we arrived we felt cared for and welcome. My wife and I came to stay for our babymoon before the arrival of our second child and it was the perfect place. Our room was beautiful and super clean. The rooms had everything you needed and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We ate in the hotel restaurant (which we have eaten in before but not stayed the night) and it did not disappoint - we have always had an amazing meal here! Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Vanucci for making our last trip before our newborn so special and amazing! :)

Restaurant only open for part of week; very noisy disco from nearby cafe made sleep on Saturday impossible until 1pm.
