3 nights and this place has become my favourite hotel in the world. Family run for three generations, that latest owners doing their parents proud. Spotless, impeccable service, kind and friendly, made a solo traveller feel part of the family.

Shuttle bus into Sorrento in the morning and evening is almost necessary as taxis are over priced which is a disadvantage for getting around We walked everywhere Hotel could have information sheet at reception with recommendations of places to go etc

Location is good Noisy at night though but not hotels fault Breakfast was nice Fruit was very hard which was a pity

We were upgraded which was lovely but the room was a bit on the small side and could have had a little more hanging space / hooks for coat/ wet robes We were disappointed the gym was closed but appreciate there had been a flood

Our room was right off the lobby so although we had a wonderful private patio, it was quite noisy late at night and very early in the morning.

So beautiful inside and out. The room was spacious and classy. The breakfast was served with fine china in a room looking out at the water. The tables along the shoreline made for a wonderful happy hour. The staff was super nice throughout. Very relaxing place to stay !

Wish pool hours were a little longer. Other then that. No complaints. Exellent value and stay!

Staff was incredibly helpful! Location was perfect! Close but not too close to Sorrento. Facilities were so clean and spotless. They had all amenities we wanted and food was exceptional.

No shuttle bus into Sorrento town. The buses are not reliable. Although it’s only 1.5 miles to walk in, I struggled due to back problems as pavements are very small and uneven. No Ubers and the local taxis are expensive at anywhere between 20 & 25 euros each way. Ig the hotel provided a shuttle bus, I am sure residents would be happy to pay for a return trip.

The hotel was family run and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They even got us some slimline tonics in for out G & T’s, which was so very kind.

The sunset views from here are unreal - no matter how many others you’ve seen in Sorrento from various viewpoints. The hotel restaurant had one of the best dinners of our trip - and we were SO stunned at the breakfast area - absolutely stunning views and food was also great.

The pool area was amazing. The building was stunning. All staff members were friendly and helpful and in particular the front desk who helped us out with taxis, where to go etc. the breakfast and sunset drinks and nibbles were lovely.

Honestly, nothing! It exceeded our expectations.

The location was absolutely beautiful and had wonderful views overlooking Vesuvius, Naples and the coastline. It is a little away from the centre (around a 25 minute walk) but this was perfect for us as we wanted somewhere quiet and close to a wedding venue we were going to. We had breakfast there every morning and the food was so fresh and delicious and there was a lot to choose from. We also ate lunch there a couple of times enjoying the views from terrace and one evening shared a bottle of Prosecco while enjoying the sunset. The staff were very attentive and kind and we felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Our room was really clean and the bathroom was really spacious. Air conditioning was brilliant and really welcomed after being outside in the heat of the summer sun!

Perfect location: away from the busy coast, nice pool with service. We enjoyed the sunsets and diner on the terrace. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Kids loved the good WIFI 😉 Very friendly staff, they help a lot with suggestions. Always with a smile. Great service!
