It would be nice if the plug in the bathroom sink kept the water in (although this is a very common issue we have found)

The location was good- a 15min walk from Roma Centrale. Although the closest metro station (just around the corner)was closed necessitating a walk 500m to the next one, this wasn't a problem for us. Security was great & instructions for accessing the apartment were exceptionally good. We didn't meet the owner but he was easy to contact on WhatsApp. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard which is nice.

Quite noisy during the day from outside, can hear others in the kitchen area (not soundproof). One of the staff came into the room a couple hours after check-in/ cleaning times and didn't knock? I assume they thought we were out, but we were asleep from a long journey. She did apologise and leave straight away but not sure what that was.

The room was very big, place was easy to find, felt secure as you go through several doors from the street. There were some amenities in the room (hand soaps, shower gel). Use of the fridge - we didn't use anything else in there as we did a lot of exploring, but there were other things available (tea/coffee). 20 minutes walk to Colosseum, close to the train station, next to a park with plenty of food places around. The area seems a bit sketchy - grafitti on walls, lots of people on the street with items for sale on the floor (bags/hats etc). But generally was safe, just quite noisy outside during the day. But something to consider if you're going to be out late/ if you are nervous. Staff were friendly from when we saw them, allowed us to leave our luggage while we got some food before check-in as we were early.

The area is really seedy. It was hard to find an Authentic Italian restaurant. Couldn't help but feel intimidated by the surroundings, But the staff were absolutely beautiful.

The Room was big and beds were comfortable. We managed to get around easily enough. It was close to the station. The staff were really helpful and very kind.

The owner was very helpful and responsive. We asked to leave our bags and we were allowed to do so for as long as needed (we came back at late night). The room was spacious and clean and there were complimentary tea. There is also common kitchen to use. Really great value for money!

The main entry door to the building is very noisy. When one goes out or coming in you hear it loudly! It's a pity, because the place itself is silent at all.

Perfect center location, very safe, very clean, the room is spacy, such as the bathroom too. The shared lobby has everything you need to have a breakfast, including coffee machine. Plenty of dishes, iron, etc. The hosts let you leave your baggage inside after check in.

Shower doesn’t work as intended (just turn it on to see, the water doesn’t come out through the holes). However it’s still usable. Some of the towels have small holes in although again very usable and for the budget worth it

Great location for the Colosseum, very close to Termini station (where we arrived to and transferred from), provided a clean room service every day and the beds were comfy. Air con was easy to self control and very effective in scorching heat.

Air con unit was very loud and slightly disruptive at night. Everything else was brilliant and what we needed.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful, Lucia helped us book a taxi for our ongoing travel and made us a coffee. Brilliant cooking facilities if you are on a budget, with all utensils etc needed. Location was only a 5 minute or so walk to some main attractions.

The location is nearby a crowded and a bit shady neighbour. But it turns out not that bad and once you get inside building area everything is safe and private.

The place is nice and its location is perfect to reach to famous place ( Colosseum, etc) if you don't mind 15 minutes walking and it is close to train station. Lucia is friendly and responsive.

The self check-in procedure went very smoothly with the instructions sent to me. The room is located 40 m. from the entrance of the metro station (line A) which is very comfortable. The room is large and quiet and it was cleaned daily. Even though the area around the house may seem a bit sketchy, in fact it is quite safe. The piazza in front of the house is wonderful and it has some decent cafes and bistros at the other side of it. Breakfast was served in the room at the time asked and was a good value for money.

The neighborhood the stay was located in could be a little intimidating for tourists , very local neighborhood. Didn't have a bad experience but travelling to or fro at off hours could be a little cautious.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, close location to train station and connectivity to local public transport was great of the stay location.
