Our stay was beyond our expectations, and we already had high expectations, so that must say it all. Everything was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, the room gave the perfect Matera vibe with all the modern needs and the city itself was amazing (wish we had stayed more days). We will definitely come back.

Bathroom has a curtain instead of the door. That might feel uncomfortable sometimes.

Very good location: You can park the car around and close to the entrance of the old city Bed and pillows are comfortable. High ceiling makes you feel relaxed. Having Alexa is easing turning on/off lights and music. Staff is very kind and helpful There is water, tea and coffee in the room

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s well located for exploring Matera’s old town and we appreciated the thorough recommendations from staff. The room was beautiful and we loved having Alexa to play music! We found free parking on the street.

Self check in was very easy. The gentleman that did our check out was very helpful and kind. He gave us tips about Matera and drew a whole map for our single day visit. The facilities were very clean and we loved our room.

Wardrobe okay for short stay. Open bathroom (curtain only), you need to be comfortable with this, when travelling not alone.

It is right off of the street so you can hear people and cars outside. Didn’t have microwave.

It was a cool room that looked like a cave. The check in was smooth and the woman was very nice. It’s close to the historical zone, but you can still drive there. There was street parking all around the room. The room had a big and small bed (the small bed was hard) a small table and a bathroom. The shower was awesome and had a light that changed color. TV and good WiFi. Cute room overall! We’d stay there again.

Cool and contemporary, very spacious and the attention to detail is excellent. We stayed in the room with the sauna and sunken bath which was a wonderful tonic for a weary traveller. On check in Bibiana our host was a knowledgable source of local information and checked in via email to assure our stay was comfortable.

The reception by Bibiana was super welcoming and friendly. Beautiful rooms and staff! So friendly and accomodating. Easy check in and communication with the host was excellent. We felt at home, very comfortable. Highly recommended. Location was excellent, few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and main touristic spots.

From beginning to end the accomodation and service (of Bibiana) was perfect! It started with the very clear and good communication upon arriving. At the reception Bibiana received us very friendly and helpful, explaining us about the accomodation but also about the city, what to do Nd where to go. The room was very clean and everything we hoped for. Beautiful room with a nice big bath and a waterfall shower! “Alexa” the music system was a great bonus, playing whatever music you prefer. During the second day the room was cleaned very well (before cleaning again good communication: whatsapp text if we wanted the room to be cleaned and when). Thanks for the great experience 🙏🏻
