Check in hour is too late. There is no cleaning service in the rooms so no toilet paper refill or towel changes are done. We had to search for the receptionist to provide us more toilet paper. Finally random cleaning lady found helped us to have it. The receptionist is never on their place. Awkwardly the owner wanted to follow non standard booking.com payments. He insisted on doing the payment with a link sent by him on which no company information was written. We found it doubtful and respond to the owner to follow the credit card charge as all hosts do. He was mentioning that he will do the pre-authorization by manually operating on the credit card. We discarded any of those messages and made the payment on-place.

Nicely located hotel, it is 10 mins walk to villa simius beach and 7 mins walk to the center. The room and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. We have been allowed to check-in earlier. Washing machine was a great option for us for the towels. The price is good considering the service provided.

The location is perfect, half way between the village center and the beach. The facilities are comfortable, clean and inserted in a gorgeous villa. The staff is friendly and diligent, Marco is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to!

Very quiet and relaxing. Equidistant to beach and town shops. Tourist bus stop on the corner. Pool to relax by. Manager Grazia very helpful and friendly. Good family accomodation.

The wifi didn't reach the room when the doors closed which was frustrating, and one of our days the room was missed on the cleaning round.

Location was amazing, only 10 minute walk to Simius beach! Room was very comfy with gorgeous balcony and views.

The only disadvantage for us was that we could not sleep with windows open: there are now windows that one can open, only doors, but since the apartment is on the ground floor, we were not sure whether it is safe.

The hotel is located in a residential area, between the beach and the town: 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the town. There is a good restaurant nearby. We had a one-room ground-floor apartment with a pool view, it was very nice, the kitchen was well-equipped. I liked the territory: green, nicely planned, well looked after. Nice pool. The beaches are excellent.

The studio apartment’s furniture is old and worn out, with a fridge showing rusty patches on the outside, chipped pieces of furniture, and an outdated shower unit. Normally, these issues wouldn’t bother me if our stay had been comfortable; unfortunately, it was not. The blinds on the French doors were broken, and the blackout curtain on the window was smaller than the window itself. This resulted in the room being flooded with light well before 8 am. To add to the discomfort, the AC was positioned directly above the bed, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. Furthermore, water from the AC unit would occasionally drip onto our heads. The AC unit was also quite noisy and, combined with the constant humming of the old fridge and the buzzing sound of what I assume was the pool system engine, we didn’t experience a single good night of sleep at Lentischi. In general, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. Our bed lacked a mattress cover and had only a flimsy linen. Despite our short stay, there were no bin liners provided in the apartment. The kitchenware included numerous pans but lacked a cutting board and pot holders. On the first night, we left our beach towels to dry on the rack in the patio, only to discover them completely soaked in the morning due to the faulty positioning of the garden’s sprinklers. Our experience truly felt like falling into a tourist trap, despite the efforts of the kind staff to find solutions to what appears to be a management issue.

This property is advertised as a 3 star residence. I am not sure who certified this rating, as we would not give it 1 star. The villa was VERY dated. Every room needs major updating. The kitchen/living room and bathroom in particular were terrible. The shower in the bathroom had missing tiles for example. The kitchen was VERY dated, and poorly equipped. 1 wine glass, no washing up liquid provided. Wifi did not work at all in the villa, despite messages to management. On arrival, Marco greeted us in a friendly way, but had no pen to write down beaches, restaurants etc....and then he left!! Our family did not feel we could relax inside the villa, and nobody wanted to sit on the grotty sofa. The pool was poorly maintained and even had small fleas swimming in, on and under the water. We loved Sardinia, but were VERY disappointed in this property.

I really liked I Lentischi - I had a great room with a large balcony plus a Juliet balcony that looked over the garden. The pool was lovely. It was close to the beach and there is a great restaurant just around the corner. I originally booked for 2 nights but then stayed for 3.

We stayed in a beautiful villa with 2 large bedrooms and a dining room with a sofa bed (all ambient have modern air conditioning), patio, well kept green lawn, private parking inside the villa and access to the pool. The lady at the reception was courteous and very nice. The property is only 10 minutes by car to the famous beach “Porto Giunco” and walking distance from Villasimius’s Main Street where you can find shops, restaurants, bar, etc.
