The sound proof of the room (from outside and from the next room) and the light which flouded the room in the morning. But not deal breaking.

Wonderful experience in a great location (10 mins walking to Vatican and 10 mins walking to Piazza Navona). The bed was very comfortable, there was AC, everything very clean and daily cleaning. Complimentary water upon arrival. Although we arrived very early, we were able to check-in, leave our luggage and the room was available at 2PM.

There was a bit of smell coming from the drainage system which was bothering us. This was probably the only negative item for our stay.

We were able to even hear the guy from next room snore, probably because one wall had a door between our room and theirs, even though the door was locked, it was there...

Warm water - really big problem - had to wait a lot to come and when it finally came the presure was really light. TV was not working. Expecting room with the balcony (as on photo) but there wasn't any.

We paid around 200€ (with taxes) for room for 2 nights and that is fair price, location is great (bus station that takes you to the airport is just behind the corner) and all the attractions are walking distanced.

Very warm (we were there in January and we turned down the heating immediately when we got in, but the entire unit must be overheated so we woke up very hot every night). Can be loud due to traffic when you open the window / balcony door. Odd smell in the bathroom that would not go away.

Clean and spacious room in a beautiful old building. Location right next to the Angel‘s castle (with a view from the balcony) and Vatican and conveniently located to the shuttle bus to Fiumicino. Includes fridge! Modern bathroom.

Traffic was very noisy, glazing on the balcony doors helped, however these needed to be kept closed if you wanted peace and quiet. Heavy, dark grey painted wall colour was quite depressing. Though the area was well served with restaurants in the evening there was nowhere we found that was very nice for breakfast. Sometimes when you came in in the evening everything was in complete darkness, a light should be on all night. Check-in from 4pm is quite late, it should be earlier than this.

Arrival went well, staff friendly and helpful when they were there. It is kind of them to let you leave your luggage there after you have checked out at 10am. Very clean and location was handy to what we wanted to see and do. Taxi rank nearby was also very convenient.

Some equipments in the bathroom could be fixed but nothing major. Also if you are very sensitive to noise, maybe use earplugs at night as the hotel is close to a mainroad that can be noisy (but that you have to accept if you want to be located so close to city center :)

Lovely Stay in Rome in this very well located hotel. We were happy to have a beautiful room with a large balcony and nice view. Bed was really comfortable and the room got cleaned everytime we did let the make up room sign. Best about this hotel definitely is the location, all touristic attractions can be reached by walk plus the neighborhood is lovely to discover. Very good value for money in Rome!

The hotel is located on a very busy street with a lot of noise/traffic.

Location very good and public transport nearby. Staff was very friendly and assisted where possible. We were able to leave our luggage for collection late after our check out.

Strange smell in the corridor woke me up in the night. Some materials in the bathroom not water resistant so they have started to peel which gives a feeling of things not being clean. No staff in reception for check-out.

The location is amazing. Nice having a balcony. Beds are clean and room tidy.

The room was small, had an odd smell to it and some clear wear and tear, such as knicked paint on the walls and dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling and holes near the ceiling. The bed was ok - only one pillow per person and mediocre mattress. It did the job as a place to sleep at night after touring around all day. I was glad that we were there only 3 nights and headed to a more comfortable marriot in another city for the last leg of our trip.

The location was amazing - out of the way of tourist crowds but still accessible by foot to Vatican City and a little further to ancient Rome. We really loved being able to walk 5-10 min to dinner and not have to wade through more crowds at the end of the day.
