They came to receive me at 21:45 without any extra charge according to the information given that you are allowed to check-in until 00:00. That was good, seeing how the situation is here in Rome. As I understand from reading the profiles of several ‘hotels’ in Rome, arriving after 18:00 is something that is penalized and not all of them even mention that fact explicitly. I think Booking.com should make clear that all information should be given in the profile, inclusive how much the place will charge in order to send someone to open the door.

The shower box was very small, you do not have much space to move and when you shower it wets the whole bathroom. The space to the sink in the bathroom was also tight.

The location is great, you feel very safe and is very close to the Vatican and subway station Ottaviano. The staff, Daniele, was very attentive. The room was big.

Excellent staff, very friendly and easy to get in and out. The staff was very helpful and even offered me restaurant recommendations. When I came from work my room was fully clean which I didn’t expect. Very centric near to the metro and al cute restaurants. Safe zone, between loca and touristic. Excellent quality price and they went above and beyond my expectations. I would totally recommend. 10/10

The breakfast was delicious and it was definitely enough! The people at the Mozart café were incredibly kind. The owner, Daniele, was very helpful and always at the ready. There was also a map available which helped us find sightseeing spots that we would’ve missed. As a WOC I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The room is cosy and comfortable! Everything was perfect, thank you very much! The owner recommended a lot of cool cafes. I regretted that I stayed only for 2 nights. The location is super convenient, the Vatican is very close, the metro within 5 minutes of walk. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room - very convenient if you leave the hotel early and cafes are closed. l'hotel è fantastico, grazie mille!!!

Nothing really to dislike about the property other then walls seemed a little thin and could hear the people next door quite clearly if they were near the wall, but didn’t disrupt our stay at all.

Great communication before stay and were greeted by a very friendly member of staff upon arrival. We were given some great information and tips for local trips and places to eat and visit as well. The property was cleaned immaculately and was perfect for our stay.

Staying here was the best choice for us. The room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast is delicious, it is served in a café in front of the building. We could reach everything by walk, but the Ottaviano metro station is very close. Our host was very helpful and kind, he recommended great restaurants for us. We liked the modern check-in system.

Very good hotel, perfect value for money. The staff is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The location is great too, the beach is a few minutes walk away. The centre is also within walking distance, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby. We had a great time and are grateful to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness! We can only recommend the hotel, we will definitely return here :)
