Everything. The location was wonderful. The apartment was a delight to live in, it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.The breakfast provisions were so generous. Tea,our host, met us and helped us get safe parking, then helped us with our luggage through the cobbled streets, and drove us back to our car on departure…above and beyond expectations! Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in a brilliant location. The apartment was immaculately clean; creatively furnished and very comfortable/roomy for 3 of us. All the facilities were excellent including the full kitchen, breakfast provisions and small touches - like the complementary wine & coffee supplies. Our host Tea (and her family) were so friendly and helpful - they do everything they can to make your stay so enjoyable (including helping us with car parking arrangements). Matera is a magical place in its own right and this apartment was the icing on the cake of a fantastic stay. We will be telling our friends.

Nothing, the property is extremely well set, comfortable and in a great location.

Hosts Tea and Antonio met us at our parking station (which they had reserved for us) then drove us to the accommodation and explained all about the property. They gave us recommendations about where to eat and booked an English walking for us. They are exemplary hosts.

place is inside Sassi,Marino and Theo picked us at car parking building to Sassi.Help with our luggage and explain the area where to go etc. House is very homely and beautifully presented with lots of snacks,cereal,orange juice milk cheese cold meat,bread ,water etc. location is close to everything. The hosts are the best so helpful and caring.They keep the place so clean and tidy and very comfortable place to stay.

Great location in the center. Good breakfast provided. Very large and clean appartment. The children 5 and 7 loved the city, the caves and the birdwatching (many little kestrels).

We had to reset the hot water system as it kept cutting out and the wifi kept dropping out or was very weak when it was on.

The location was in the middle of both Sassis and about 100m to the Piazza Duomo. Tea was friendly and met us at the car park and took us in their car as close as possible to the apartment. There was a convenient store very close by. Continental breakfast was provided with generous amount of cheese, yoghurt and salami.

Exceptional location in the heart of old town, very helpfull owners, smartly organized and comfortable space inside, nice place to sit outside in the evenings, superb espresso machine with coffee provided.

Spacious and well appointed kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Good sized double and twin bedrooms. Great value for money. Very generous breakfast supplies left for us including fruit, yoghurt, juice, salami, milk, packaged croissants ,pikelets etc etc Our host Tea met us at the Parking station where she had reserved parking for us at 20 euros per 24 hours. She then drove us in her car as close as possible to the apartment and then accompanied us there. Tea also recommended a fab restaurant called Soul Kitchen where we had a wonderful dinner.

The owners are wonderful people, so friendly and kind, and very attentive. They met us with a car and took us to the accommodation, which was very much appreciated, made a restaurant reservation for us and made sure we were comfortable. Everything in the house was great!

The apartment was truly perfect, one minor suggestion for improvement would be to include some fresh fruits for the breakfast.

The apartment is just amazing. It is situated in a key location between the two sassi in Matera right in the centre of the old town. It is very well equipped, and we really liked the interior design as well as the little outdoor area in the inner courtyard. The hosts were very helpful, they helped us to carry our luggage from the parking because we were travelling with our child and a small baby. They are real hosts, putting their love and energy in this place. We highly recommend it!

Hosts were gracious and thoughtful with the provisions in the home which was centrally located to explore Sassi di Matera! Had good recommendations for dinner and also helped make the reservations for us. Thank you Tea and Martino! Bravissimi!
