The weird stair/elevator combo but it wasn’t their fault. It’s a historical building.

There is a lot of street noise because of location, which cannot be helped, and is probably true of any accommodations in that location.

The breakfast was amazing. And so nice to have it delivered to your room. The building is charming. I loved the location and its proximity to the sites!

Nothing. I think if you have any physical disabilities access may be difficult as it is upstairs and lift a little temperamental, but this was not an issue for us.

Everything!! Nicoletta and the staff were so warm and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great time in Rome. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect, Every major tourist attraction was in easy walking distance. We didn't use public transport once while there. The Room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious!

Excellent welcome by the staff member who met us on the street when we jumped off our taxi and helped us into the accommodation, even tho she was at the end of her shift. The reception area always helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast served in the room. The most delicious croissants available all day.

Loud noises from the busy street below and old plumbing- must bring earplugs to sleep! Also the small elevator broke while my friend was inside of it!

The beds and pillows are very hard. Perhaps a comfy mattress topper could be added and some fluffy pillows. There are many steps to climb, so be aware of that. That’s it! Everything else was great!

The staff is unbelievable! Daria and Stefanie go above and beyond to make your stay and experience memorable. The breakfast, delivered to your room, is amazing! If you miss the breakfast hours, they leave a bag full of goodies for you in the kitchen. There is coffee, tea, water and snacks available 24 hours. If you need a ride somewhere, they take care of it and even walk you down to the car. Location is amazing! The Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and many churches, restaurants and shops are all a short walk away. We would stay here again!

Direct elevator to your floor was hard for one guest, but staff always willing to help.

There is a restaurant at the street behind the building , but it didn't bother us since the room noise insolation is very good . Room are located at the first and second floor , during our stay elevator didn't function most of the time .It didn't bother us , but it can be a concern for visitors with physical limitations .

Specious clean cosey big rooms . Staff extremely nice and helpful, cannot think for better location in Rome , walking distance from major attraction with nearby bus stop .
