Nothing, everything was perfect

The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and most top sites one would like to see. There is a restaurant just outside the Guest House doors. The food is fantastic! Make sure and ask for Luca if you decide to dine at Vicolo Nel Corso. The hotel host Daria is amazing. Her attention to detail is impressive. She responses promptly to messages and will take care of all of your hotel needs. I really appreciated her taking care of our ground transportation from the airport. We had a delayed flight and Daria made sure we were still pickup on time. Definitely get the breakfast is delicious and generous portions. If you’re looking for a European Guest House experience this is the perfect place. Rooms are large it was like having an apartment. I highly recommend this Guest House and I will definitely be back again! Thanks Daria and others for making our visit one to remember ❤️

The street outside was a little noisy at night and bright but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in the busy centre.

The pictures online don’t do this accommodation justice. We booked a triple room and a 4 person suite and they were amazing. Such large rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were huge with big double sinks and a separate toilet room. Location was perfect, the staff were lovely and so accommodating and the little kitchens were a great addition we were not expecting. Would definitely stay again!

Great central location- we could walk to all of the main attractions we were interested in. Our room was really comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us. The staff were super helpful and kind - nothing was too much trouble.

Very little really. The stairs to get to it if you were disabled? The restaurant outside the front doors trying to get you to sit in each time you went in or out? But that’s being very picky!

The location could not have been better to see Rome. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and comfortable

What a beautiful place that was! Totally worth booking due to various factors - they have beautiful, spacious rooms with high ceilings; Fontana di Trevi is 2mins away from the hotel, the rest of the famous landmarks (15-20min walk max); the breakfast is amazing and delivered straight to your room; and the staff is just wonderful, very polite and super helpful; they also recommended some great restaurants in the area. I can't wait to go back! Wonderful experience.

Very uncomfortable bed. Worst mattress We could not believe they do not invest in the most important thing which is sleeping. This is really our main problem. Otherwise it’s a good place. And it was not cheap

Attention to detail needs to be addressed as several items were either broken or needed fixing. The light over bathroom mirror was broken Shower base was leaking One chair was broken Bed frame did not fit the bed The safe was broken USB ports did not work This was our second visit to the hotel & would not deter us from staying again, as everything else made up for the few problems which could easily be rectified.

Staff, location, perfect. Even the added touch of pastries/tea/coffee were a warm welcome after a long day sightseeing.

I tre Moschsttieri D'Artagnan, was very clean and comfortable. Stephanie was a marvellous hostess and very helpful calling us taxis etc. The guest house is very centrally located and easy to walk to all attractions. 200 meters to the Trevi fountain, 10 minute walk to the colosseum and Spanish steps. The breakfast was very nice, pastries, yogurt, meats cheeses and fruit. It was brought to our room each morning. One morning we had to leave quite early and Stephanie was very accommodating and served us breakfast before the start time.
