It was hard getting to and from the hotel using the shuttle bus. The rooms very quite small.

The hotel is an excellent choice for early departures or late arrivals. It is located 7 minutes drive from Malpensa, rooms are clean and simple, good shower, parking. Shuttle service. Will come back.

Although the rest of the breakfast was absolutely fine, I'm afraid that the coffee was poor. In Italy, we've come to expect really good coffee - and while this was drinkable, it wasn't the best.

Our room was large, and very clean and we each had a very comfortable double bed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The Shuttle Bus facility is very helpful.

Big room, big bathroom, and quiet, didn't ear airplane! Really good value for the price! Really good restaurant at 100m, but don't forget to reserve, all village people are going there to eat ^^

small room, but only for overnight is ok. poor insulation, quite audible as airplanes fly. minimal things are needed in the room (kettle, tea, coffee, spoons). non-hard pillows

relatively good location, as it is close to the airport (7 min drive or 40 min on foot to Terminal 1. staff nice. offered a transfer to the airport, 5 eur per person (for a 5-7 min trip it seems like overpriced)

The quality of the breakfast is not sufficient for a 4 star hotel, it is fit for a 2 star hotel. In my opinion the hotel needs a renovation. Today all the hotels have electronic keys and not old fashioned metal ones. We stayed in the hotel in April and at the time, there was a heat wave in Europe. The rooms were hot and stifling but only the heating system was active. When we asked to turn on the AC, we were told it was not possible until the end of the month.

The transportation from the airport to the hotel was fast, convenient and not expensive. The instructions on where to wait for the shuttle were clear and easy to follow. The beds were comfortable and big.

The train from Milan main railway station to Malpensa didn´t go that day because of a strike and nobody told us when we were trying to buy the tickets. Only then we were told that we have to take a bus which was very slow and unconfortable. In Malpensa airport the information desk didn´t want to help us reach the shuttle to the hotel, they told it was private so they had nothing to do with it. Very arrogant attitude. We then found the shuttle but it didn´t take us directly to the hotel, they only said they have to drive also to another terminal which was not told in advance.

Ari con wasn't strong enough/didn't work well so the very hot room made sleeping difficult. Would've loved a lunch time food option. Having come from the airport a small bite to eat was badly needed. Luckily we had the car but had we not we'd have been stuck.

Really convenient stop over to/from airport. Dinner wasn't bad. Free parking.

Value for money , helpful staff , most importantly I can’t express the gratitude that I left my mobile in the hotel shuttle . After checkin I realised my mobile is not with me . I called the property, immediately the receptionist called shuttle bus and located the phone and asked me to comedown when I came down the driver was waiting for me to hand over the mobile Gracie

Church bell ringed regularly into the night, right next to the hotel, very disruptive but understandably unavoidable. On return we asked for room on other side of hotel and that was much better. Also air-conditioning had a mind of it's own. In return it was warm weather and the room was too. The cooking function of Aircon kept switching back to heat. Tried many many times. Assumed it's centrally controlled or reliant on all rooms using same function.

Good value, decent breakfast spread. Very nice coffee (received from the staff, not machine)
