For me personally the 2 TVs blaring loudly in the restaurant, coupled with the conflicting music coming from the adjacent bar area spoiled my dining experience. Also ( and being picky) a pizza margherita should have some basil on it!

Staff were all really lovely, both in reception and in the bar/ dining area.

all good, nice choice if you land pretty late or would like to be at the airport early morning. Coffee, coffee, please serve only a good coffee for breakfast, it's Italy ;)

The hotel is pretty close to the airport, though you need to use a hotel transfer (no way you could walk there :) It was pretty quiet, I was afraid if some airplane noise would be during all night. The breakfast was very gut, though didn't expect to have a coffee from a machine in Italy.

we stayed here twice - once on arrival, and our room was pretty run down and the WiFi didn't reach the room properly, but clean and fine to stay for the night. The second time we stayed, the air con wasn't working in the room so we had to be moved to another room which was organised very quickly by the staff and they were very helpful, but still a bit of an inconvenience. One of the buttons on the elevator wasn't working too.

Breakfast was included and started very early for those with early flights or wanting to head out first thing. The shuttle bus is easy to organise and all the staff were easy to communicate with. The rooms are fine, the location is good for the airport, and the pizza that you can get late at night is pretty good.

The hotel is a convenient rest stop if you need to spend the night between your longer travels. The main reason we chose this property was because of its distance to the airport and the provision of an airport shuttle.

The room wasn't very clean. The mat was dirty, and the bathroom had spiders crawling around. Since it was only the night after the flights, we didn't worry much but it wasn't up to the mark. Further, there was no place to refill drinking water in our refillable bottles. We would have to buy water everytime and use more plastic bottles and spend money, which is not very good.

When we got to the airport we followed the instructions sent by the hotel for the shuttle service… the instructions were good but the phone number i rang never got answered so we eventually had to pay for a taxi .

Breakfast was very good and extremely varied, the fresh coffee made by staff was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location for the airport.

No slippers, no free water, paid transfers. Also transfer took around 25 minutes from the home to Terminal 2, be careful.

Near the airport and has transfer to and from airport every half an hour. Comfortable bed and pillows. Transfer time from the airport, Terminal 1, to the hotel was around 5 minutes.

They offer Shuttle to/from terminals but not for free. Is not much but is not free. The aeroport offer free shuttle bus between terminals that run every 15min from 4.00am. From the bus stations there are 900m till the hotel. In my room were two double beds, but there is only one socket for charging phone and it is between beds. Total sockets you can find in the room are 3 free, one fror TV and one for refrigerator. In the minibar there is water (2 eoro a bottle), bt on the hall there is automatic maschine with 1 euro bottle, but tou need coins.

Location is between terminals. 900m from the main street. The area is nice and peacefull. The staff is professionist.
