If I were to complain, the only thing it would be is the bed was a little hard. But everything else was perfect! I highly recommend going there!

My GPS didn't give me exact directions so we had trouble finding the hotel. I had a Hybrid car which can be charged by a regular outlet. I plugged it in at night but they unplugged it.

Location even though it was a half mile walk to the Assisi St Frances church. It was nice not to have to drive in the city.

Breakfast was excellent! In addition to the amazing staff (family) who take care of everything, the view of Assisi was extraordinary! Marco helped us reserve authentic Assisi-style restaurants & gave us tips on what to see.

Location is perfection!! The view over the whole city is amazing with beautiful terrace and garden. Our room had a nice and big balcony too with the view. Staff were amazing and all thanks to Marco. The room is small, nothing special, but clean, cute and with comfortable bed and warm:) we liked everything!!

Kitchen could be better equipped for those who want to cook.

We stayed at the ground level apartment and it was excellent. Great location that was quiet and had private parking. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was modern.

Shocked by how beautiful this hotel was. Right in town but just far enough to be away from the crowds. The patio was gorgeous and our room had a balcony with amazing views over the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, as well as the city as a place to visit, it was our favorite of all the small towns we stayed in

location is central. bus station just infrt of hotel. peaceful surroundings. morning sunrise and sunsets not to be missed Lara and Marco made sure we were well taken care of during our stay Lara's papa everymorning gave us the warmest greetings and mama would make the BEST bfast! ps the Salate bfast was hubby's fave. will miss the family alot.

Bed a little firm and shower not very powerful, but these are very minor complaints.

Great location - about a 5 minute slow walk down to the main square. Amazing views over Assisi (especially from the superior room 31). Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms in good condition and very clean.

Staff was friendly, and helpful! We stayed in the apartment associated with the hotel, was built with high end finishes and located in a Roman amphitheater. Perfect location to access all of Assisi.

The Location was perfect for us. The view from the balcony was marvelous. The place very we’ll keep and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. Choice between savory and sweet. Perfect amount. But most of all I have to mention the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Assisi is a wonderful city but the stay at this hotel made everything unforgettable!
