Sylvia was a great host, the location for us was perfect, countryside with beautiful views. We rented a car in Italy, which we used to drive between cities, not in them, so for Sylvia's place we drove 5 minutes to the free parking in the local town and used the affordable bus service to Florence, about 40 minutes into the city.

Perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Tuscany, close to Florence but away from the city noise. Very beautiful garden and a olive tree plantation. The apartment was very nice, cousy and private. The owner was very helpful whit information we needed to explore the region. Thank you Silvia! Definitely we will return to this place😻

The road access to the village is somewhat intimidating (winding single width tarmac road), car parking on the site is challenging due to a very narrow maneuvring space, and there were mozzies and wasps to contend with, as always in the countryside

A beautifully restored annexe to a country house overlooking the Tuscan hills, run by a very friendly and helpful lady speaking good English. Free and easy access to a washing machine. Modern and functional interior specced from the IKEA catalogue. Terrace with a terrific view, and most of all - the outdoor pool was still operational due to the late autumn heat wave!! Free car parking onsite and within easy driving distance from Florence and close to the A1/E35 motorway - although nerves of steel may be an advantage for the driver ...

it was hard to get to without a car. we had to walk up a steep hill. but once u got down the hill the bus was easy to take

We were very happy with our stay; the location is great and has a wonderful view of Toscana lands. We had our own house with complete facilities, everything you need is there. Silvia is a great host and we enjoied talikng to her very much. She's very responsive and makes you feel home. We will come back soon! FYI: Access to the villa requiers a car.

Difficult walk back to the villa from the bus stop. If you're not intimidated by the narow italian roads, I would recommend getting a vehicle of your own for transportation.

The host was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond for us in so many ways. The views are out of this world. The villa is super charming. Great community. 10/10, I would recommend to anyone!

Perfect location to explore Firenze and Tuscany. Nested in the beautiful Tuscany countryside, 20 min drive from Porta Romana parking lot, easy access to the Siena superstrada. House itself is really nice with 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice outdoor dining table. The swimming pool is really great and offers stunning views over Tuscany sceneries: olive fields vineyards, cypresses... After a day exploring great places like Siena, the pool is the perfect place to cool down The host, Silvia, is making sure her guests are enjoying their stay by being available whenever we have a question.

we were trying to work from this location so the internet was inadequate for our needs and we didn’t have good cell service to use a hot spot. the owner did try to help us as best as she could though.

Everything was great. I would recommend renting a car to visit the apartment. There is a big hill to climb up.

The location is fantastic ! Mrs Silvia who is the host was very helpful , felt like family. We will definitely stay there again soon . The sunset from the apartment is magical .

-❗️bedbugs alert!!!❗️ every morning I woke up with more and more bedbug bites. -unfortunately we paid upfront for 3 nights as the owner charged my credit card immediately at check in therefore we did not even have the chance to leave after the first night of spending in a bedbug infested bed 😡 -Virtually no Wi-Fi -peeling paint and plaster in the bathroom -the shower did not drain properly -shower grouting was dirty -very narrow and steep and long road leading to the property -dangerous road driving up the hill -no soap in upstairs bathroom -no sugar or coffee/tea, only salt was available -no pan to make even scrambled eggs
