Fridge and Air con a bit noisy in the room but nothing else to highlight, it was a really nice stay.

Beautiful place in the countryside. Nice garden and swimming pool. Room was nice and clean, with a prosecco bottle and candies for guests. Nice view over the river. Easy and free parking. Restaurant was also very good. Good breakfast, fresh orange juice and coffee on demand at the bar.

Breakfast was ok but all the croissants were filled with with chocolate or jam etc. Even after I asked that a few be left plain for us, that didn’t happen and the staff at breakfast didn’t seem to care. It’s a 4star hotel and there should be more variety to cater to the needs of guest. We stayed 3nights. On the 1st dinner At the restaurant, we asked for more bread and didn’t mind paying, the young guy who took our order informed us that the bread was finished and they had no butter but we saw them serve others same while we sat there watching. If we were paying that much for dinner, a few more pieces of bread shouldn’t be a problem (it actually did feel more like he was racist to be honest) We had dinner twice there, the second night the people who served us were really kind and we loved it. Lastly it’s far from lake Como, we didn’t mind as we drove there. So if you have a car, I would recommend this place.

We loved everything about this property. The staff were kind and very helpful. They extended our stay an extra night with a discount. Breakfast was ok. They have a nice restaurant, it’s more pricy than what you would find in Italy but it’s a fancy restaurant so it’s expected. The food is good. They were kind enough to make my friends son mashed potatoes at no extra cost and it’s the best mashed potatoes I have ever tasted. Cleaned our rooms everyday even when we didn’t ask and refilled the refrigerator with water for free.

Nice hotel in the country side, surrounded by gardens, nice pool area, we enjoyed it a lot, the beds were super comfy and you could not hear any noise from the other rooms.

The air conditioner cannot be set to lower than 25 degrees and the shower had low pressure.

The hotel complex is perfect. Lots of animals, live music and a pool. Great atmosphere. Possibility to buy local products.

Good réception and orientation by Mr Marco. Bikes are available in the hotel, I took a good ride in the forest around the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the hard of nature. Surrounded by rivers and small bio farm in beside. You see the art in every corner of the facility.

I almost don’t want to mention it because I love the place so much but the noisy aircon that switches on and off in the room is really annoying when you’re trying to sleep. The building noise nearby can also snap you out of the dream when you’re lounging by the pool but hopefully that will be over with by the time we visit again.

This place cannot be faulted on much. From the lobby - the exceptional front desk staff, to the bar, to the shaded outside patio, the games, to the beach bar vibe, swimming pool, sunbeds for ages, the Baggero swing, the restaurant (superb), the fitness room, free laundry room, the phenomenal breakfast that sets you up wonderfully no matter what your preferences are. Boozy brunch? Here’s the Prosecco and fresh OJ. Cool. Health conscious and wanting a fresh juice? Here’s a bunch of freshly picked fruits and vegetables for you to juice. Every single thing that makes a holiday a holiday is at your disposal and the staff here make it look so effortless - even though it isn’t. They are the real stars of the show, especially the cleaning crew and grounds staff who are so quick! An ideal, gorgeous slice of Northern Italy, steeped in history and excellence. Grazie Mille 🇮🇹

The gym was a bit strange and I had to adapt my workouts quite a bit - also no aircon on the gym which made it tricky and one of the treadmills doesn't work.

The hotel totally exceeded my expectations. Its gorgeous and modern inside with a lovely outdoor pool and the vibe around the the pool was just perfect. Breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE and set us up perfect for the day ahead. The rooms are big, spacious and modern and we really appreciated fresh towels daily and fresh water daily.
