apartment located in the middle of old city with walking distances 5-15 mins to train station and all attractions, numerous restaurants are around corner. Apartment has small sitting area outside with flowers that smell very good. Also, washing machine is available (even we did not have time to use it). Apartment is very clean and comfortable to stay for a few days

Although the square footage is disclosed in the room description on Booking, I was not fully prepared for how small the room actually was (although there was a closet and a decent sized bathroom). I believe they have other rooms that may be larger, so double check which room you're reserving when booking. Comfortable bed and pillows. So, other than sleeping, there's not much room to relax, but luckily the inner courtyard is very pleasant to pass the time when not sightseeing. Another personal preference: There are 2 doors directly off the courtyard to the room (and bathroom), but no windows, so I was unable to have fresh air without leaving the door open, thus sacrificing privacy and allowing insects in.

Small guest house with a lovely lush courtyard for relaxing centrally located in Lucca. Responsive and helpful host who gave great restaurant recommendations. Cute property.

The apartment was lovely. Modern, super clean with a pretty courtyard. Simone was there to show us the facilities and also helped out with questions. He also recommended very good places to eat for a range of budgets. Perfect location for seeing everything and around a 20 min walk to the train station.

Unfortunately the drying cycle of the washer wasn't functioning but the owners provided us with racks and taught us how to adjust the heating to get everything dry in time for our departure.

Noisy water tank, no hairdryer and no blind in bathroom.

Excellent location. The room was quite different to the one shown online so I thought I was getting a larger room. Very clean, no hairdryer and noises water tank in cupboard let it down slightly. Overall comfortable and happy. I’d add that a blind in the bathroom would be good.

The property had a perfect location, Simone was so kind and greeted me with such hospitality, and gave me recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The shower had great pressure and the water was very hot. There were fresh towels that were very large and the linens were very comfortable to sleep in. The heat was very warm and coffee out of an espresso machine was absolutely delightful. Simone even offered to come in after two days to tidy up the room, which was very kind…. Even though it was cold and rainy, the patio was absolutely charming so I hope next time I come to visit, I can enjoy a glass of wine in the beautiful outdoor space that they offer.

The sofa (bed) in the living area only has seating for 1 person so the other person has to use the kitchen chair. Not the best for relaxing & hanging out, as it is not particularly comfortable. Everything else was superb!

This is in my favorite area to stay when visiting Lucca. The accommodation is nicely updated, sparkling clean and has a comfortable bed. A bonus is the kitchenette with a mini refrigerator and dining table & 4 chairs. Another bonus is the lovely & tranquil outdoor patio & garden area. A very helpful, attentive, responsive & exceptional host!

The only downfall are the steps between the bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen/den - be careful!

The location was excellent for visitor sites and restaurants. But the downside is anywhere in the wall you have to park outside the wall and walk with your luggage. Also, a restaurant recommendation was great. The shower and blow dryer were great (some have not been).

I loved everything about it. There was nothing not to like!

Everything! We were greeted with a warm and helpful welcome. The apartment/bedroom was compact but exceptionally decorated with all the facilities you could need for a relaxing stay. The courtyard area was stunning and the building and location were close to the sites of Lucca, in a lovely quiet area. The owners work hard to make the accommodation the best it can possibly be.

Clean, modernly appointed, apartment well located within the walls of Lucca. Easy walking to all of the sites and good restaurants. A lovely courtyard to relax in; shared with another apartment but we rarely saw them. Our hosts provided good information and excellent restaurant recommendations.

The bedside lighting could be better. Otherwise all good.

Firstly the communication was first rate, we were met at the arranged time and everything was shown to us. The apartment(s) are situated in the back of a lovely old building with a courtyard decorated with plants with each apartment having their own table/chairs/outside sofas. Very soothing was the fountain which ran in the evenings. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, everything spotlessly clean and new. Shower was great, very good air conditioning.
