The room was very, very small, we managed to get our luggage but if you have big bags it is difficult to fit in. For a short trip is perfect.

Very clean and nice decorated apartment outside the city center. Shared kitchen and nice balcony to enjoy a breakfast or glass of wine. 5 minutes walk to a supermarket and 10 minutes by car to the city center.

Simply WOW!!! We had an amazing stay at Elisa‘s place. The apartment was so beautiful. You could see that it was planned by an Interior Designer with a lot of details and high quality products. We had everything we needed and could even imagine to stay longer than just a week as we felt at home immediately. Arrival and communication with Elisa was also great. Check-in is automated so you can arrive any time. The location of the house is also great to arrive by car. Parking outside is easy and free, a big supermarket and also bakery is on the other side of the street and in a 20 min walk you can get to the city centre of Pistoia with several restaurants. It‘s also close to the highway to reach any place in Tuscany easily and fast. All in all we enjoyed our time and would definitely come back. This place is very unique in the area and Elisa makes you feel very welcomed. Thanks for everything ❤️

It is quite a walk to the center and train station (we had a stroller with us, Pistoia is generally not so good for strollers) and there is a big street nearby.

The apartment is wonderfully decorated and taken care of. Cleanliness was great, comfy bed and couch. Shower is also good. Kitchen fully equipped, even coffee, sugar, salt, oil and aceto was provided. The patio was great for us to enjoy the evenings sitting and having a glass of wine. Totally recommend. Also, we never met Elisa, but she was always available via WhatsApp and very helpful with her suggestions.

The area is very quiet and was very easy for us to do day trips. We had everything. We had a comfortable room, a peaceful garden and an amazing host, Elisa. We loved it!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We lived on the first floor. The apartment is perfect. A lovely place. It’s a great location. There’s always parking on the street in front of the building. The apartment itself is spacious, with two rooms, one separated into the kitchen and a living room. There’s a lot of storage space as well. The kitchen is big, and you can find everything for cooking, even make coffee for yourself in the morning. The grocery store is just 3 minutes away by foot. Everything feels new and clean in the apartment. The overall experience at Il Cortiletto was truly amazing.

I travelled with my 16 year old daughter and we loved this place.Even if we never saw Elisa,the host,we were always in contact.The rooms were exceptional clean and comfortable.Including the bed.An amazing tiny bathroom and a wonderful selfcatering kitchen.I did not know that the kitchen was shared with other guests,but it did not matter because it was always clean and with great props.There was coffee there to make one in the morning.And we had cold water for us in the fridge..This was really one of the best accommodations so far. Four minutes away is a Supermarket and the train station is not far away. Thank you Elisa,I recommend this place heartily.

Little bit out of town to walk in excessive heat.

Everything is so good. We felt like in our home. Suits owner is very kind. Room is very clean and there are everything which you need. Room design is very useful and furnitures are looking new. If we will come to Italy again, we want to stay here. Apartment have a garden and balcony. Sweet tables are there. So you can buy a wine and enjoy. Suit owner gave us a promotion card for Pistoia restaurants and entertainment places. It gave us some advantages. The apartment is far from Firenze Villa Constanza about 20 min. You can go city center with tram also 25 min. Parking cost is cheap at there. 8 hour for 5 euros. Also Pistoia is beautiful city. Sweet and everyone is kind. Thanks for your nice hosting.

A little far from town but the buses make it a non issue. Not much room for luggage but that didn’t bother us as it felt very safe to leave our empty bags at the front door.

Everything was great; comfy bed, very clean, excellent communication, access to the well supplied kitchen, quiet, aesthetic, nice neighbourhood, bus top at the front door or a 20min walk to station, felt very welcome! Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, all is new and really nicely decorated. Elisa, the host, is nice and easy to communicate with. great service and comfortable stay.

To our surprise double room with Garden View is actually transfomed from a shed. The doors of this room were not sealing propertly and it gets noisy from steet. The accomodation is not easily reachable by public transport, the bus stop is nearby but the bus is not going often later in the evening.

The Room was very clean and renovated with quality materials. It's good for sleeping and traveling with a car.
