The apartment is suitable for a short-term stay, but being on the ground floor at road level, it can be noisy and dark for those not accustomed to it.

The apartment is in the heart of the city. Everything is available in the vicinity: public transportation, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shopping opportunities. Strong wifi. The owner is helpful.

There were no toiletries such as soap and shower gel.

The location is very good, It's very easy to take the key. The man who accommodated us, it's very kind guy. When we had some question, he was on line every time.

Only a couple of plug sockets out of the seemed to be usable, plugs got stuck in them easily and it seemed that the microwave and fridge would have to take turns to use the only plug socket of the two in that spot. Felt like I would rip the outlet from the wall by bed taking my adapter out on leaving. Bed was quite hard but that may just be a personal preference as harder mattresses seem common in mainland Europe,

Hosts very friendly, went out of their way to help me even when I was arriving late but was not sure about finding the keys/apartment myself. Staff were easy to contact and once they even came back to show me how to open the door again as I had locked myself out and couldn't figure out how to use the unusual (to me) key! Also came to set up the stove for me when I could not work it. Fresh towels daily, went and got things needed if they ran out and never made me feel stupid when I was unsure about something.

At night the hot water was unavailable untill 2am. But it's ok, I had shower at 2am

Location was perfect near to everything, clean, big room with small kitchen. Even I did not meet the host but we kept in touch with WhatsApp and he was responsive 10/10

The hot water while taking the shower was getting cold fast.

The location was perfect, very close to the famous Quartieri Spagnoli, cool restaurants, cafes and bars. As a female solo traveler I indeed felt really safe at night in this area. Domenico is a caring host and make sure everything was alright during my stay and was very reactive if I ever needed help. Domenico offered to store my luggage in the morning after the checkout time as my flight was only in the afternoon, so I had the occasion to go for a last sfolliatella & caffè before leaving Napoli 😊 Grazie mille Domenico e arrivederci!

Had to pay in cash but we didn't have the correct change. The lady who was receiving the payment had no English and no change. We had to walk around the street try to change the note. After a long trip thats.no ideal.

Would love a washing machine but that’s all that was missing. It’s noisy but that’s Napoli.

Huge apartment just off a main road in central Naples. Train station 5 minute walk. Main attractions all 15-20 minute walk. Loved Naples and this apartment added to the joy.

This property has renovations being done next door and the same entrance is used for both properties, which I was unaware of. A workman entered the property which totally surprised me and there was some noise when he was working.

very very noisy location, on the side of the road. passage of motorcycles all night, dog barking continuously, noise of people passing the street late: almost impossible to sleep.

There was no door between the rooms and as a result, there was no privacy. It is really noisy during the night as the room is right next to a busy street and there are cars and motorbikes passing during the whole night which makes sleeping a bit of a challenge.

Great location, friendly host, paid parking is just across the street (it costs 20 euro per day), and overall interesting historical building.

It would be good for travellers to know a little basic Italian, as the kind lady who showed everything and took payment spoke only Italian. However, someone was available to chat over WhatsApp in English.

Central location, good connection to the rest of the city and very near to Metro as well as city sightseeing bus stop. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Museo Capella Sansevero is literally next door!

The location is not easy to find. And it’s a bit noisy because the location is near to the small street.

The NaCity Holiday Home is near to the metro station Dante. The room is an apartment in the ground floor and located at one small street. The room is big and has everything you need and kitchen is also included.

No trash can, TV only publicity channels, noisy, no window (the window overlooks the street, so you really cannot open it), a plug to charge the phone only in the bathroom
