I have stayed here several times, however very disappointed with this stay.  Rooms need a major uplift, and needs to be more clean! Sink and shower need to be scrubbed – is dirty and has mold .  Sink without tap hole cover- inside of wardrobe dusty-walls not clean and paint scraping off.  Room so humid and full of mosquitos.  Very disappointed definitely not worth the money!

We needed a location outside of Catania close to shops and this was just perfect. if I do come here, come hungry. The food was divine. The staff very friendly. Price for the room could be slightly cheaper as the huts are very simple. However in the end it was all worth it. We might come again to simply spend 2 days by the pool which this time round we didn’t even manage to use.

The breakfast was limited. Shuttle service to airport was very expensive. There were ants in the bedroom. During dinner outside, there were a lot of (stray)cats begging for food.

The area is nice: swimming pool, animals. The food was good too (lunch & dinner).

The room was half of a wood cabin and was very basic and also hot. The air condition did not work well... They have a nice pool but open from 10:00 only.

We arrived late after 22:00 and even the kitchen was closed we could order some cold food like cheese and salami... The breakfast was good including eggs, cheese and ham. We asked to eat at a table outside the restaurant and they agreed. The location is convenient if you arrive late at Catania airport and drive south. Not far from the main road. Parking is in the garden of the property near the cabin.

Suggest some repeaters to improve WiFi in some areas.

This was our first time we stayed in southern Sicily and we are more then satisfied. Location is in the country close to autostrada and easy to find if you travel with a car and suggest using Google maps to get exactly to the property few minutes after you exit the highway. Good breakfast and dinner, nice big outdoor pool, very clean rooms and very spacious shower with excellent water pressure. TV with many channels to choose from and great hospitality by the owners. Lentini is a very nice town and you can visit easily in less then 15 minutes drive. Close to Catania to visit attractions and shopping malls. Certainly we'll go back soon.

The room needs a bit of a refurbishment especially in the bathroom area.

staff were very friendly and super helpful. My 2 year old daughter loved the little playground and farm. The food was excellent especially Sunday Easter lunch was amazing! Lovely place for a short stay! I would suggest to rent a car since there s nothing else to do around the area.

It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere…but good starting point to do trips.

We booked a wooden canine, cosy, but all you needed, quit small but we did not stay insight for long, air con needed otherwise it becomes really hot in there, we had a fridge for bavetages, shower was a bit small. We ate at the restaurant twice, was really good, breakfast was also good! Pool was nice too, but you need a cap to go in

Better sound proofing between units is necessary. A little variation in breakfast provided would also be welcome. Use of pool is not free.

Although there is very little in the immediate vicinity, it is a good base to start from, whether you are going north or south.

The farm, the swimming pool, food and the surroundings are beautiful. Kids can have fun, there is a small playground. There are cows, donkeys, pigs and horses. You can have horse riding on a Sunday.

The pool opend a bit late in the morning. But that's just a personal thing - and didn't really bother me much. I was there in the hotest season.

I have been in the Giardino del Sole already 3 times. It's a farm-like hotel, located a bit off the mainstream in the countryside, perfect for a calm get-away.

- We were on b&b basis and we didn't know that it didn't include access to the pool. They expected us to pay an extra €10 per adult & €5 per child every day we'd want to dip in the pool. That's a rip off in my humble opinion. - The light in the bungalow is very low and warm.. not a major issue, but the room might do with more light. - breakfast is very, very basic. But ok.

- Dinner is amazing!! I chose to pay for the dinner and it was a great choice. Food and service are great. - we liked the animals at the farm area, we liked the trees and the whole nature (agriturismo) experience. - the staff were super helpful, we asked for a kettle to boil some water for the baby, they immediately provided and let us keep it for the whole duration of our stay. We also had a small issue with the bed upon arrival which they fixed immediately. - the room and the area are clean. As clean as can be in "nature" environment. - i'd recommend it overall. Thumbs up.
