A beautifully renovated property in the centre of historic Siena with a private, serene garden. The rooms were spotless and furnished in keeping with this beautifully renovated property. Breakfast offered a good range and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast was nice, basic continental. We did the parking through the hotel and a man drove us to the hotel and then picked us back up when we were ready which was a good price, good service. The hotel was in a great spot, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I would stay again.

Absolutely everything. The room was beautiful, great shower, very comfy bed and good air con. Had a lovely view of the private garden from our room. The breakfast was lovely. The hosts and breakfast staff were amazing. They gave us a list of restaurant recommendations which were brilliant. Amazing location just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo, on a bright and vibrant street.

There really is nothing that could be mentioned here.

We have had the most amazing state at this beautiful B&B. It all starts with the wonderful communication with the hosts/owners (Laura and Alberto), who are warm, kind and knowledgeable, providing all sorts of great tips on where to eat and what to see. They were also welcoming of our kids, which was great to see. The room itself was spacious, well decorated, nicely clean and boasted an incredible view over the hills of Tuscany (and the garden in which we were able to enjoy our breakfast). The location itself is fantastic for exploring Siena itself, but also for taking the car from a nearby parking lot and exploring the region (and there is plenty to explore). There really is absolutely nothing that could be any better.

A team at the hotel that was REALLY wonderful. Great English, giving all necessary information, very friendly, having a "what does the guest need" mind. The room is rather small and without much luxury, the bathroom top. All very clean. It seems the people running the place really know what to do to make the guest feel at home. A WONDERFUL garden (breakfast) and the location 2 mins walking from the Campo is just perfect.

Beautiful location and comfortable room! Staff were friendly and helpful with offsite valet parking. Perfect location to see and experience all the beauty of Siena, with wonderful restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Would highly recommend!

We loved absolutely everything. Alberto is a fantastic host, and this place exceed our expectations. Awesome breakfast, very clean, beautiful view, the bedroom is lovely. My only regret is that I didn't stay there for more time..

Only 1 minor thing so far as I'm concerned. On the TV I couldn't receive Al Jazeera or BBC World Service or CNN. The host told me the reason of that, and I fully comprehend. Also he told me that he planned to change that. So let's hope on my next visit that will be arranged.

The location is superb. The building itself is very characteristic. There's a nice and very quiet garden with a stunning view on the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Definitely a place to return to.

Mostly liked everything, but if we had one complaint, it is very minor- the shower is a little slippery with nothing to hold on to, and needs a shelf to put one’s shampoo

The breakfast room was right next to our garden studio making it a bit noisy in the morning. They did provide earplugs.

The location was in the heart of Siena, close to the Piazza del Campo. Yet it was very quiet. We faced the back and there were triple paned windows. The staff were lovely and very helpful! The breakfast was great and the breakfast room faced their beautiful garden. Beautiful views and peaceful!
