Everything was great!

We had a great stay at this beautiful b&b, the rooms were cosy and cute, the hosts very friendly and welcoming, offering us se homemade wine and prosciutto upon arrival. Breakfast was very nice too! As the house is located a bit outside of Trieste, it is recommended to travelers with their own transport who appreciate beautiful nature and privacy.

Friendly host, Wonderful breakfasts, quiet nights, good Wifi. Location is near Trieste but also Muggia, and the sloveninan parts of Istria (Koper, etc). I made longer bicycle trips to Miramare, Koper, Izola, Piran

I loved the place.

Very quiet, super clean, well organised. The breakfast was lovely, if you love sweets, try Barbara’s cakes…..The owner is very kind and helpful. I visited the place with an VW Arteon and the road was enough for 1 vehicle. The parking was a bit stressful for me, but I could manage it. If you want to be sure go via SP13 road.

Location is up in the hills overlooking mountains and vineyards, in a very calm environment prefect to get away from a hectic life. We were welcomed with a bottle of homemade white vine and prosciutto, both of which were a delight. There is a very big interior courtyard with a great view and few large tables available for guests. Bathroom is extremely clean and neatly decorated. Wifi signal is strong and internet connection is very fast. Breakfast was mainly homemade with tea, coffee, croissant, jams, Nutella, bread, butter, fruit and homemade juice. The owner was kind enough to make us scrambled eggs.

The most beautiful little oasis with country house charm in the middle of a romantic little Italian village, overlooking mountains, vineyards, and olive groves. The hosts are so warm and caring, they make you feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, including a variety of homemade cakes and marmalades. We stocked up on homemade wine and other goodies that the hosts make on a small scale and with a lot of heart. The location was also fantastic for us - in a ten-minute drive, we were in the beautiful Rosandra Valley and in a quarter of an hour in Trieste. It was our second visit and certainly not the last - we can not switch off and unwind so quickly anywhere else.

We stayed at Il Glicine for 2 nights and we loved every minute! Barbara is an amazing host, who has a great taste in everything - from decorating the rooms to cooking breakfast. This is a small, local, family business and we were so fortunate to find it on Booking. The place is like a fairytale! Our room was very clean and looked new, the interior courtyard had lots of flowers and smelled like grapes. We will definitely come back!

Nothing to do around, no restaurant, no food shop in the area. The air con is situated over the bed so you can't use it in the night without the risk of being ill. Windows are south-west side, it was very hot inside .

The owner , Barbara is very kind person, the house is very well maintained, rooms are clean with a bit of personal touch. Small fridge in the room is a plus. Good breakfast but only sweet, home made cakes, marmalades.

It's a very calm and pleasant place situated in beautiful nature, and the atmosphere is lovely. There was a delicious breakfast with fresh made cakes every morning. The hostess gave us good tips on what to see when we were about to leave.
