The only minor point that could be improved is the cleaning staff start between 07:30 and seemed to start under our room every morning waking us. The bells are also fairly loud in the morning but this is to be expected!

Le Funi hotel is beautiful. The location is exceptionally placed for accessing Bergamo with a direct bus from the airport. We were delighted with the friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere. The room was wonderfully clean and well made with more than enough space for the two of us.

Superb location near the centre of Bergamo and for exploring the old town, impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms equipped with modern furniture and super comfortable bed, great size bathroom, good quality breakfast. Great quality restaurant at day and evening time. The staff is so polite, welcoming and attentive. Everybody always go an extra mile for the customer. The only gripe I have is that the bottle of drinking water and the drink cups in the room were not refreshed every day.

The staff were excellent- helpful & friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast especially the fresh orange juice and the coffee. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean.

This was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. The staff were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond with their recommendations. I would say it was the best service we've ever had for a hotel stay. We were on our honeymoon and would 100% recommend anyone stay here.

We loved absolutely everything, the only small thing was that the door of the toilet was wouldn’t close properly, but it didn’t really bother us).

The friendly staff, the high quality breakfast, the room and the comfort of the bed, the location. We will certainly come back!

Amazing location, really friendly staff and a good nights sleep. The staff made us very welcome, giving us advice about the local area and making us feel at home. The views from just outside the property were also lovely and gave easy access to everything. Breakfast was also great, lovely fresh coffee and fruits everyone morning.

The hotel doesn't have any bar or area where you could spent evenings sitting around, except for the area for breakfast which is in the basement and in the morning is really hot. There aren't enough tables for all quests arriving at the same time. In the morning you have to wait for the staff to ask you about coffee or tea and sometimes that wait is just too long. Breakfast selection is very simple, vegetable not always fresh, eggs really not good.

Location is really great, in beautiful old town part of Bergamo. Very convenient for walking around. Nice rooms, comfortable size, really clean.
