The breakfast was packaged and all sweet food like nutella, marmelade. There was good espresso coffee though.

The villa is located close to the sea. Friendly staff. There is a kitchen where you can cook. There is a good supermarket near.

Breakfast was available but very basic. Travel to and from was sometimes difficult with public transport and taxis. No issues if you are driving yourself (location is well connected for both the airport and Rome by car).

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a very awkward arrival time, which they put effort into accommodating with room and check in. Special thanks to Valerio. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with striking decor. Access to a full kitchen was an unexpected benefit, sadly one I did not get to utilise this time around.

I guess we are not used to staying in marginal seaside properties. Not sure how much better they get in locations such as this.

Not much - Our first floor room was quite small and just adequate. The proprietor was very accommodating from the start. Thank you.

The price was high and you had to add transportation of 36€ both ways, for a five minute ride, so it came to an expensive amount.

I'ts by the airport, so you could hear airplanes, but it was decent, and Flavio was nice. Breakfast was simple, but ok

The breakfast - some crackers and bicuits , coffee and tea…. The plastic sheet under the ordinary sheet in the bed… The sound from take-offs at the airport, but quiet during the night.

Very clean, very nice host, lovely massage bathtub🙂, the host fixed transfer to airport in the morning at a good price👍. Nice area.

Although the location is ideal being close to the airport, it does come with a few cons. The planes are super loud at night. Other than that it was a good stay.

The owner, Valerio, was super nice and understanding of our circumstances for our stay. He picked us up from a late flight and dropped us off early morning the next day. He is an excellent host.

It's a remote location so no food around. The food provided is just packaged crackers and the like. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

We flew in really late and they were able to come get us which I really appreciated. They also arranged a ride to the train station the next day. I felt the staff went above and beyond to be helpful to weary travelers.

There was a water stain under the rim of the toilet in the New York bathroom that could do with proper cleaning.

It was an ideal location for us. We needed to be close to the airport for an early flight the following morning. I would book again if I needed to be in this area.

Our room smelled like tobacco smoke and the mini-split air conditioner seems near the end of its life. Still worked pretty well, there was a noticeable temperature and humidity difference between the hallway which was not air conditioned and our room.

The property is very cute, with an awesome view of the sea. Very short walk to the beach as well as a local pizzeria, grocery store, and bakery. The room included a mini-split air conditioner, a comfortable shower that didn’t leak, and flat sheets on the bed. One of the only places we stayed in Europe with all those amenities! They offer a shuttle from the airport for 18€, which is a pretty good deal. The driver Valerio was super friendly and easy to coordinate with. Note you will need WhatsApp to coordinate with the driver.

Shower door didn’t seal in Sydney room

Close to airport quaint clean B&B Staff were so accommodating assisting with transfers to and from airport, attending to broken air condition right away with calling someone into fix it at that moment right down to finding a wine opener upon our late arrival all for our comfort and pleasure.

Only one coffee pod for breakfast. Few restaurants nearby. We ordered pizza delivery and it took just over 1/2 hour.

Staff was very helpful. The driver was available to take us to the airport in a timely manner and made the stay worry-free. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast ready when you needed it. Kitchen available after hours. Lovely rooftop patio and a drying rack on our balcony!
