Caterina our host was one of the friendliest and accommodating hosts I’ve ever had. Lovely room, shower and great location.

The bed was not that comfortable- we feel the place needs - It was not very comfortable. Also it’s was a bit disappointing that the washing g machine was broken but as I mentioned above th host offeees to have someone do our laundry - which we declined. But still very nice of them.

Location was perfect, right in the center of town. Our host was very accommodating and offers to have someone come wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working.The space was very nice and clean with a great shower. Liked that they had shampoo and shower gel in shower.

The owner made all efforts to make us feel good, took us even to a photo spot! The apartment beautifully decorated with all amenities. There are 3 steep stairs to get to the apartment. After 23 kilometers walk on via Francigena I felt them!

We loved everything about this stay. The apartment was charming, roomy, clean and comfortable. I think it will be our favorite stop on the Via Francigena!

Loved everything

Il Nido was absolutely beautiful! The apartment was large, stylishly decorated, and well appointed with everything required (full kitchen, washing machine, etc). The bed was super comfortable and it was lovely and quiet. Our host Caterina and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived after having hiked 5 hours on the VF in the pouring rain (looking like drowned rats) and they were so gracious in welcoming us to their accommodation. I absolutely recommend Il Nido - my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here in Buonconvento. The hosts made sure that we could store our luggage before we checked in, and we were given a tour of the apartment upon checkin. Very clean, well taken-care-of home. Everything we needed-including a clothes washer. Location is right smack in the middle of the older part of town. Hosts were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I happened to be in the area!

The property was beautifully styled and comfortable for our stay. It was spacious and clean, and situated in a central location to access all bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment had everything needed for a short or long stay.

Some soap for the washing machine would have been nice.

Caterina gave us complimentary passes for coffee and pastry in bar below our complex. Loved the centrality of the room to town center and the welcome provided by Caterina. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Everything was great!

Beautiful apartment in the historical building in the very heart of the charming old village. It isn't just regular airbnb, it was definitely designed with love and style. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Amazing experience! Free spacious parking lot is really close to the apartment, perfect for car travelers.

The location was fabulous and the hosts amazing. They went out of their way to help me….Met me at the station, welcomed me to the property and were available throughout my stay for any help or advice. They also took me back to the station at the end of my stay! They could not have been more helpful. This apartment is fresh and beautifully decorated with everything I needed for my stay. I loved the little village and it’s friendly local people.

The apartment is really, really nice, comfortable, clean and located in the heart of Buonconvento. Caterina (the host) is super helpful, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the whole experience very much - will definitely return if we will comeback in the area :).

This apartment was so spacious, extremely clean, and very cute! The bathroom was large with a wonderful shower. This was an excellent base for exploring so many nearby Tuscan towns. Caterina was so helpful and accommodating. Excellent prompt communication and so friendly. Parking was very easy and convenient too.

The aesthetic of the house is very good, very much like living in a magazine. The host is very hospitable and very kind! For dinner, we ate at the family restaurant downstairs, and the residents of the town interacted with each other and had a very memorable night

Newly refurbished, clean and roomy. Comfortable bed. Nice host. Good location with restaurants and bars nearby. We were walking the via francigena and it is right on the trail.
