Amazing place!!!! The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view, the place is really beautiful and the hosts - Giorgio and Monica - are just amazing! They told us everything we needed to know, helped us to plan our trips and always came to check that everything is good. The breakfast included fresh fruits, yogurts, plates of traditional Tuscan cheeses and meat and a bonus - two fresh cakes made by Monica every morning - that were just amazing! We also had the opportunity to taste their wine - which is great! I wish we could stay for longer - will definitely recommend friends & family.

Absolutely nothing.

Our hosts were amazing. From advices regarding restaurants and places to visit to the wonderfull breakfast, everything was superior. It is an excelent choice of countryside fantasy inspired place with a Nordic flavour. A wonderfull location, situated in a vineyard, excellent for visiting the entire Toscana. We promise to come back soon!

We cannot name anything, it was all great.

The Palagione is a beautifully designed accommodation in the midst of Tuscan countryside. Major sights of the region are easily reached on daily drives. Georgio provided excellent tips and guidance on what to see and how to get there. Thanks to these suggestions we have seen several sights that we would have missed otherwise. They also saved us a lot of time ( and could avoid headache of parking..). The hospitality of Monica and Georgio is exceptional- this is best observed during the delicious breakfasts. There is of course wine to taste…. All in all Palagione ranks on top of our long list of places we have stayed at in the past. We will definitely return if we again visit Tuscany!

The possibilities for entertainment on the premises around the buildings are somewhat limited. Which is logical since the main focus is on winery. It is primarily a place of work.

The room was finished in every detail, very spacious and beautifully furnished, in one word excellent. The owner called for us one of the most popular restaurants in san gimignano. We were treated with the best place on the outside terrace with splendid night views over all the villages and dancong night lights, and even fireworks. We also were treated on a free wine tasting experience. Service is top. Thank you!

Georgio and his wife were so welcoming and friendly. We tried winetasting (The Palagiano produced Wines, fantastic!) and also did som trekking in the beautiful area. We really recommend this place!

The bed was a bit hard

Giorgio and Monica were great hosts. They recommended us restaurants,offered wine tasting and helped us in any possible way. The place was very clean and the room was well equipped and stylish. Breakfast was sufficient and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend the place and its hosts.

The hotel exceed my expectation, you can not ask for more, perfect location, in the middle of the vineyards. Monica and Georgio made fantastic breakfast with home made cakes and salami and gave us wonderful recommendation for places to visit and restaurants. Wish to go again in the coming future.....you will love this place! Hidden gem in Tuscany!
