We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Il Pino for 3 nights. It was in the centre of Praiano in regards to bars and restaurants, a few minutes either side. Of course, it has the most breathtaking view just like the pictures, worth every cent for the view alone. The pool facilities were wonderful, a little chilly upon getting in but it is just what you need on a very hot day. The breakfast was fantastic, it's self service mostly and eat as much as you like. The cappuccinos are especially outstanding we never had until arriving and have had them every day since. Housekeeping was excellent, we received fresh towels and housekeeping every day which is not always the case but great to see it. The staff in all areas of hotel, reception, breakfast staff, restaurant staff, pool staff and the night porter were all exceptional. They honestly were brilliant and a real assest to the hotel. Managment should be very proud of all!! About an hour after checkout I received a message from the hotel saying I forgot my car keys which was obviously a little stressful. The receptionist (forget her name brown long hair), went out of her way to deliver them to me personally in Positano in the evening after her work shift. This was such a help as if we had to go back it would have spoiled the day between buses and waiting and our plans for the current day. Really grateful for everyone at Hotel Il Pino and we will definitely return some day. 10/10, we would highly recommend.

Very good location, bus to positano picks up every 40 min or so directly in front of the hotel and many restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Beautiful spacious clean rooms with wonderful view from the large balcony.

IrelandHonestly the only thing we didn't love was the shower being as leaky as it is. More so we didn't want to make a mess but just put a towel outside the door and it was fine.
The hotel was perfect for our trip. Location wise it is between Positano and Amalfi being far enough for some quiet but close enough to travel in via the bus whenever we needed. The staff from the concierge team to the breakfast and housekeeping staff were top notch. The concierge team went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect trip. While not officially part of the hotel, the restaurant was also a highlight along with the inhouse cooking class. Best of all the views were second to not be, we spent most of our afternoons/evenings out by the pool taking it all on. We will definitely be back to stay with Il Pino.

Check in was so convenient. Andrea at the Front Desk was the most amazing staff I've ever met. He took care of everything and anything. If I needed a drink to the room, a scooter to rent or a recommendation for dinner - he's the guy! Amazing staff. Amazing views from the balkony, service is top notch, food at the hotel restaurant out of this world, and I operated serveral restaurants before. The food is 20 ot of 10. Just an amazing experience. Thanks to Ill Pino and Andrea!!!!

United StatesThe shower! The design of the shower if not draining properly would cause the water to overflow! Once we figured it out, it was not a problem.
The staff at Il Pino went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. Upon arrival, Adrian took care of our car and even took the time to make an event of videoing my wife’s reveal of our gorgeous balcony view! Was like a second honeymoon. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night and it was like being in a movie. Memorable characters, delicious food and exceptional service! Rosa took care of everything for us in making our day trip to Capri. Rosa introduced us to the water taxi service! The absolute best way to get from Praiano to Positano! The walk down to the dock was an experience in itself, but the views of the gorgeous waters and cliffs made it worthwhile. The staff recommended the best local restaurant for our last night of our stay and it was just as delicious as Il Pino! If you are looking for a place that captures the laid back, yet elegant vibe of the Amalfi coast, this is where you need to stay!!!

We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea and a direct view of Positano. The hotel restaurant is highly rated, and the food is amazing. The daily breakfast buffet offers a good variety. Most importantly, the staff, Rosa and Edwardo, were amazing! They met us upon arrival, assisted with bags, coordinated water taxi transportation, and offered wonderful, authentic local recommendations. The staff was kind and caring and made us feel so special! You will not be disappointed staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Il Pino. When we arrived in the reception area we were blown away with the view. Our room was lovely and we had a terrace, which had the most fantastic views back to Positano. The pool area was fantastic with incredible views, days beds and a bar. We loved just chilling by the pool on our stay and didn't feel we needed to go anywhere, as it was all there. The hotel was on the main drag with all the restaurants and town square. Praiano was the best place to relax after a busy Positano stay. Thank you for having us!

This property has the best view and location!! The service is impeccable and the breakfast is superb!. The staff at Il Pino is one of the best in Italy!!. Rosa at reception couldn't be more helpful and kind, so accommodating!! Guido, Assunta (spelling?) were amazing, so kind and helpful!!. Will be back for sure!!!
