An absolutely amazing place. The location is simply breathtaking. The apartament was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would like to thank the women from the reception who were not only very nice but also extremely helpful :) We had no problems with the late check in and the very early check out. We spent there 4 nights only. Far too little.

Not really criticisms, but advice: a car is essential for visiting. Supermarket available just down the round (~2 miles / 3km). Beach is ~10km away, as is the nearest town. Effectively self-catering - the restaurant is excellent but popular, particularly in the evening so hard to guarantee you can get a booking. Bread / pastries available by request in the mornings.

Lovely apartment next to the pool. Air conditioned rooms and pleasant, calm, friendly atmosphere.

We visited pre-season, on the first day we had a breakfast but there was no one else for breakfast. The breakfast was oke but not special. No freshly squeezed juice or baked eggs for example

Wonderful calm location. Amazing pool! Located closely to cappo caccia and nice beaches. Nice room and excellent service! They fixed everything we asked for immediately!

Great location, lovely countryside feeling, great swimming pool and friendly staff. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You'll also get a small sample of the famous extra virgin olive oil San Giuliano! The porceddu at the on-site restaurant was to die for!

Cost of cot and high chair worked out very expensive. We could see airport from property we were off season but pool didn’t look very clean

Low season (October) has lower temperatures at night, be aware. A little worse shower, however it was clean and with enough hot water.

Lovely country side! Beautiful views. All rooms were clean and nice including pool. Ver friendly receptionist. Gorgeous nice and friendly dogs around:)

Warm welcome and good service, the location is very practical and the place is just so beautiful with a lot of animals and very quiet at night. We had not the time to use it but the swimming pool looked so nice too! The studio was cute and there was plenty of little attentions to make your stay confortable (bottle of water, sewing kit, etc etc)

The location is sparkling clean but we did not understand why the kitchen came with no cleaning supplies, one small spare garbage bag, and not one small tablette for the dishwasher, no dish soap and one dish towel for the whole stay. There has to be a minimum in soap and cleaning supplies to leave the unit 'as spotless and perfect as we found it'. We had to buy products at the store that we barely used (and one roll of toilet paper to start with?). There were a few small samples of their olive oil (excellent) and olive body cream. Needed a few more towels and pillows.

Excellent pool area. Spacious. Great restaurant on site but book in advance. Beautiful grounds. Its a really great place to explore the area. Lots of animals on the property as well. Great place to relax after visits, very secure.

The pillows are not very comfortable, and I suggest to put anti mosquitoes in the house

The place is great, in the middle of the mountains but very close to many nice beaches and Alghero.

I did not like how there were ants in the tiolet and we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. The staff were very prompt to fix things but the personal touch of being greated by staff was just not there.

in the apartment le palme (which is situated in the first floor) you could hear almost everything the neighbours upstairs were doing. as they had little kids they woke us up every morning at 6.30 am - you could hear every step and moving around chairs. it was very annoying.

great location, if the weather would have been better we would have enjoyed the pools and playground. our kids loved the dogs of the residence. the staff was very helpful and friendly. it was very close to some nice attractions.
