The apartment is lovely, it is located in a main street. Beds are comfy enough. You have everything in the apartment, even the breakfast. No noise from the cars are coming in.

The property is located along the cutest strip of town leading to the Pope's summer Palace. The loft like room was so quaint, comfortable and quiet. The lovely host met us with keys and gave great dinner suggestions. Which you must go to Arte e Vino for dinner. Hands down, the best meals and atmosphere/ambience. Best dining experience on our vacation. Lots of shops and little cafes to choose from. We were immersed in culture, great food and beautiful views of the lake. A great time was had by all.

We've received a polite and an amasing sevice during all the vacation. The rooms were very clean. Cleaning service was inculded every day. The aparment located in the the centre of the Castel Gandolfo.A lot of cafe and restarants around the hotel. 5-7 minutes walking by the train. Maximum 15 minutes walinkg to the lake.

Location was A1. Personally, I would prefer to stay here if visiting Rome. Easy to catch a train in the Rome and such a gorgeous, quaint little village with incredible views of the lake. Location of property was smack bang in the middle of everything. 100% recommend!!!

Amazing beautiful gem in Castel Gandolfo. It was very clean and cozy with many restaurants and bars around. Very special thanks to the owner for making sure I get my camera back (I had forgotten it when we left).

Air conditioning machine was on the second floor so to keep the whole apartment cool the upper floor became quite chilly. There were small ants in the bathroom (I guess a usual problem in old houses like this.) Not a big problem though.

Great location right in the middle of Castel Gandolfo, on main street. Literally a few steps to restaurants, bakery etc. Note: you cannot reach the front door by car, so be prepared to carry your luggage at least a bit. There are stairs to the apartment and inside it too, good to keep this in mind. Lovely apartment in 2 floors. Good for a couple or a family of 4. Extra plus for a second toilet in the second floor. Friendly hostess and easy communication. Good sound proof windows that almost kept all the sounds from the main street during evenings. We chose to have breakfast inside the apartment so our friendly hostess arranged basic ingredients for us inside the fridge.

The host was absolutely incredible: showed us around the apartment, made sure we found our way after we checked out, and even picked us up from the lake back to the town when we got stuck! The apartment is beautiful, very spacey and gives out a homey feeling. It has two double beds and a sofa, a TV, an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms! There's working Wi-Fi. We got a free pastry and coffee at a nearby bakery for breakfast. Great location, in the center of this lovely little town, there are restaurants, cafés and bars on the street.

Narrow tight stairs if you have mobility issues

You can’t ask for a better location. We chose to stay here on our last 2 nights of our 20 day trip to Italy. Located right on the main strip it’s steps away from breakfast, lunch and dinner. A quick drive down to the lake to spend the afternoon. What a way to relax and enjoy the last days of our trip. Our host Adonella accommodated everything we needed PLUS provided us with a take away breakfast on our departure day as we had to leave for the airport at 6am. Abundant nearby (cheap) street parking just steps away. If you want to stay among the locals this is your destination. Highly recommend!

A bit of noise from the neighbours walking up steps to access their room and street noise being a Friday night. Nothing dramatic.

A warm welcome from the host. Comfortable bed with good linen and towels. Centrally located. We stayed while walking the Via Francigena Sud. Our host had a stamp for the credential which is great when you arrive and everything is shut. It was perfect for an overnight stay. We had the option of breakfast at a nearby bar conveniently located or in our room provided before hand. Some basic foods were provided in any event which was exceptional. We received a good recommendation for dinner at Sor Capanna.
