The beds are aging, and sagging in middle. The dinners were average (had basic spaghetti with plain red sauce and dry chicken drumstick one night. When in Italy you expect a great meal).

The location in the hills between many great villages was perfect. It has beautiful views of the Tuscan hillsides. We loved this grand old stone and wood farmhouse. Steve the owner was absolutely wonderful, and so were other staff members.

Outstanding views from the property perched on top of a Hill in beautiful Tuscany. Well laid out and comfortable feel in the rooms. We had the apartment for 4 days and found it super comfortable. Bed was nice, Window Shutters block out all the light if you want to sleep in. Breakfast was served in a comfortable setting in the garden which is behind the property. Dinner served in the front of the property with an amazing view of the sunset. Absolutely stunning. The owner INGRID was super pleasant and helpful along with her son Steven which made the place feel like home. Parking is next to the property in a well lit area . The Pool was closed when we were there, and also offers magnificent views of the vineyards.

The property is in an idyllic location set in the countryside of Tuscany near San Gimignano (10 min drive). The property was lovely! The apartment was immaculate and charming. The kitchen had all the essentials for our group of 4 adults, and the bathroom was modern and shower very nice!

We arrived quite late but all was well organized by the friendliest host. Beautiful views from hill top where property is located and nice breakfast. Although villa has a long tradition but is extremely well maintained, beautifull traditional design and decor with all modern ammenties. Just perfect for stay among vineyards.

Stunning small hotel on a beautiful vineyard. The owner is charming. Welcoming & full of ideas for day trips and delicious places to eat. Exquisite sunsets and 2 evenings a week dinner is available. A perfect place to spend a few days.

The room was a bit small to move around in although the bathroom was plenty big. It’s an old farm property to the charm is so wonderful. Bedding is pretty but a bit scratchy.

We liked the location, view, pool and friendly owner and staff. The dinner at the farm was very delicious! We did a wine tour with George and loved it!

We had the warmest welcome, and advice on what to do for the day. Our room had the best view, we would have loved to have stayed a few nights. We booked to have dinner at Il Rosolaccio, we were so happy we did it was the best meal we had in our stay in Italy as well as the most beautiful setting. So much attention to detail, the owners are passionate about their beautiful hotel and could not have done more to make us feel so at home. The breakfast too was absolutely amazing, thank you for arranging an early start for us. We felt so spoilt and appreciated every little detail of our stay.

Everything was great, the only "issue" is that the WiFi not working properly (something that was surely momentary) and 4G is spotty in the area.

The location is truly idyllic, a perfect place for a battery recharge from urban life amidst the rolling tuscan hills. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra way. Steve is a wonderful host and beyond helpful with any and every request, as well as George. I could not recommend il Rosolaccio more! :)

We liked everything

The property is in a beautiful setting, with views over the countryside. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was a nice surprise. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was a short drive to San Gimignano and Certaldo where there were some very nice restaurants. We liked having lots of different areas around the grounds with chairs or sun loungers.
