The restaurant is extremely good but too expensive to use every night and there were very few places to go to eat if you did not have a car.

The staff were all so helpful. The shuttle bus into town was very useful. Breakfast was extremely good. Ate at the restaurant, which is first class. The pool is beautiful and clean.

It's not a very quiet location (not the fault of the hotel, it's the busy surroundings). Apart from that there is almost nothing to complain about.

Staff is very professional and helpful. Checked-in early and our room wasn't ready and we received a free upgrade to a room already available. Breakfast is excellent and offers a large variety of food (from Italian sweets to bread to Muesli and cheese/sausages). The property is kind of an luxury island in the middle of a busy area with a large Park. Free shuttle to the train station an back multiple times a day is a great service.

It would have been good to know in advance that the restaurant does not do regular a la carte menu in the evening. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The pillows were too hard for me, which is a personal preference.

Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Perfect for the family of 4. All the staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had and we travel a lot! Everything was fresh and top quality. The grounds of the hotel, gardens, etc, are very well kept and beautiful. Convenient location if you want to visit Pompeii and Vesuvio.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful, The free shuttle bus was really useful, the staff, especially Franscesco were always happy to help, the restaurant was a fun experience with great food.

Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful with all we needed. The hotel's garden is beautiful, as the view of Mount Vesuvio. Personally, I liked the privacy and peace that San Cristoforo offers without having to get too far away from Naples

The location is a little bit of a hassle and taxis are a necessity. I also wish the restaurant was open. It was closed due to it being the off season.

The property is stunning and clean. It’s an oasis in an urban setting. The breakfast is amazing and well worth the extra cost. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was a little farther than we liked but not bad honestly. Oddly enough heard some loud noises at night like trucks and dogs.

BEAUTIFUL and so clean !! Very new and modern! Outside is spectacular. Breakfast was great for 10 euro extra. Someone took us in a golf cart to our car when we checked out which was plus.

Some staff were quite rude with their attitudes towards myself and my girlfriend when we reported a problem with ants in our bedroom and our bed, we reported it twice and got quite a cutting attitude the second time we reported the issue.

We had two members of staff who were exceptional. One was Andre’s and the other was Pasquale, we couldn’t of asked for better staff and without them our experience at the hotel wouldn’t of been so wonderful.

Exceptional from every single point of view. Facilities are absolutely stunning,beautiful space to relax. Do not book if you are not willing to spent at least one day at the facility,you won't get the full experience. It's like staying at a fairytalelike house. I will totally come back

After arriving home and reviewing the charges, there may have been a small discrepancy with an 8/27 bar tab. The order included one Nastro Azzurro Peroni (7 euro) and a juice dring for my wife with no alcohol as she was taking medication. However, on the receipt, the charge shows as "I Cocktail Analcol ICI Del Barm ( 9 euro) . I question whether I was charged for charged for an alcohol mixed drink ? (Details at the bottom of the receipt show as " *EE = Esclusa 27/08/23 09:45 DOC.N.1332-008 RT96MEV074962). Other than that, it would be nice if the pool were open a bit longer into the evening.

the facility and surrounding grounds were impeccable. great decor and a most peaceful setting. Dinner at the restaurant was off-the-charts. of our 18 days on vacation in Italy, then a cruise including Turkiye and Greece, this meal stood out as one of the finest in all areas - food, presentation, AND service. Hat's off!

Prices for pool snacks and drinks were overpriced and considering we paid a lot for 3 days, felt that these should've been included.

Breakfast was fabulous and such a wide selection. Pasquale was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable as did Francesco in reception.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Naples (not many shops or restaurants near by)

Hotel is close to a large road, but when you drive through the gate you find this hidden gem in very beautiful surroundings. The restaurant serves great food, and the pool area is also very nice
