As this was a B&B, there was no person to receive us when we arrived. We rang the door bell several times, but there was no answer. Making matters worse is that our U.S. cell phones do not have 4G/5G or WiFi service so we were not able to call the number listed on Booking.com, nor send an e-mail. Luckily for us, one of the guests opened the door to the building and was kind enough to call the B&B owner to inform him that we arrived.

Excellent location -- in the very heart of Siena. Walking distance to the major city sights. Good breakfast.

Towels were a bit hard .

The location was perfect, 10 minutes from the train and bus central station. In the historical center , you can be everywhere in 5 minutes. Everywhere by foot. Room was clean and very large with windows, very bright and cosy. Sound proof, very quiet Breakfast was good , Would suggest a bit of salty food like eggs , pies,italian cheese and cold cuts. There were a lot of sweet and sweet pies😁

Not enough places, especially in bathroom, to utilize our toiletries, towels and clothes. Very poor lighting and limited space on desk to do anything.

The air conditioning unit broke (or otherwise stopped working) on the second (and last) night we were there, so it wasn't a great night's sleep with the heat. Breakfast was nice but didn't have the variety of other B&Bs we stayed in on the same trip.

The room decor was really nice and the owner was really accommodating in meeting us and letting us check-in early. The location wasn't too far from the main piazza and the cathedral, and it was really great value for money.

Everything was perfect... we had an excellent time. The B&B is truly in the center of Siena. The room was comfortable, very clean, and the different rooms were nicely decorated. The hosts were very welcoming. The breakfast was truly great.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Il Senesino. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast included each morning was delicious! And it is right in the city centre, only a short walk from the Piazza (we went for Palio so this was very important to us). The staff even arranged a driver to drive us to our next destination (which we couldn’t reach by bus or train).

Breakfast time was a little disappointing. Food was okay but the host lacked conversation, perhaps because she was so busy organising breakfast or managing the phone.

We enjoyed a 4-night stay here. Very comfortable bed, room was also adequate and had a lovely view over looking an adjacent courtyard. This B&B enjoys an excellent central location within the old walled city. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation because of the excellent location and comfortable facilities.

Initial difficulty finding the property however it’s a big brown door next to the Vodafone store!

Comfy bed, clean room, great location. Bathroom was clean with a shower which ran hot. Good selection of breakfast. All staff were extremely helpful and polite

Couldn't quite get the shower head to stay in position.

Excellent location, right on the main walk into the centre of the town - about 5-10 minutes. Very quiet room. Good breakfast, with lovely homemade cakes.
