Convenient place to go old town and Vatican yet very quiet and relaxing

It was the perfect place to come back and relax after exploring the city. The room, bed, and amenities made it so comfortable. The location was really convenient to hop on a bus and get in to town. I loved my stay here and would love to return for a longer stay. I had a late arrival and she was very accommodating with me.

Only complaint is that the water temperature for the bath couldn’t be changed. Was Luke warm

Great set up. Fast WiFi and comfiest nights sleep I’ve had in a long time, especially after a long day of walking around Rome all day. Even better that we could log into are Netflix account and relax for the night.

Host very helpful, any issues we had was sorted ASAP no complaints, location was perfect tram 2 minutes walk away from room takes you straight to the centre, stayed in rome for 3 nights perfect amount off time ❤️

Nothing - the property is about a 40 min bus ride from the centre, but we didn't mind this, for such a great stay!

The room was really nice and it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The large bath was fantastic, as was the hospitality of the host who was really accommodating and provided us with everything we could ever need for our stay - including a birthday balloon to help with our celebrations. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was really good. Refreshments were provided and everywhere was clean and tidy. The property is very secure and there was no noise from others around.

The room was very beatiful, clean and comfortable. Elisia took care of everything possible...cookies, espresso and milk capsules, 3 diferrent fruit juices, robes in the bathroom, the central heating working... kisses in the morning .... parking for our car...everything perfect!!! We recomend this B&Ɓ with all our heart 🤩😍

Owner is very kind, sweet and friendly. She even reduced our charges when we couldn’t arrive on the first night of booking due to a flight delay. Will surely come again.

Lovely accommodation, our hostess was extremely helpful and kept the place very clean, she helped with taxis and helping us get around. The location is a couple of minutes from the tram that takes you straight into the centre of Rome, the great neighbourhood of Trastavere is easily reachable. Highly recommended

The area (or possibly Rome itself) was kinda rough. It was 45 minutes to an hour away from tourist spots (Colosseo, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Vatican).

Nice interiors, big comfy bed, big smart tv, spacious bathroom. Free food and drinks (even alcoholic ones) in the kitchen and in the room. The room gets refreshed and organized every time we leave.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and very well decorated. The large bathtub makes for a nice relaxing bath after walking all day. Access to a kitchen and refrigerator was nice to have for food prep. I would stay here again, hands down. Alessia was very friendly and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

The host was welcoming and helpful. The property is located in a very quiet area. The room was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The room and the property offer you more facilities than in a 4* hotel. In conclusion, everything was perfect! I fully recommend.

Unfortunately for us the bed was quite uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and took some time to get used to. The blankets kept slipping off us at night and were borderline unusable.

This beautiful room features a spacious bathtub in the corner. The place is not too noisy at night, although we could definitely hear other people in the house every once in a while. The apartment is in a safe location with lots of security measures in place and has easy access to public transport with multiple bus stops being less than 5 minutes away. Our host was also really helpful and provided lots of additional information. All in all a wonderful accommodation for a romantic couples holiday in Rome.

Where to begin. Alessia was the perfect host, we didn't expect the room to be as good as it was and the bath was just fantastic. I'd highly recommend to anyone considering. It's fantastic value for money and Alessia reminds me that there are many good people in this world. Will stay on my next visit to Rome. Thank you for everything.
