accommodation is fine for few nights stay , however location is good, walking distance to Central train station, good communication and easy check-in.

My room had a door to some other room and I heard everything the other guests were doing. This door was quiet thin, I also saw the light under the door.

The location is just perfect, you can access all the city centre very quick. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around the property.

We only stayed for one night, but we were quite pleased with the room. It was all we needed in place: coffee, tea, toiletries, dryer for towels, air conditioning, fridge, TV, very comfy bed. Staff was easy to reach out and very friendly - super easy to check-in and check-out. Location was perfect, close to train station, shops, and restaurants.

Only the fact that we could not find staff to ask for another pillow. There were not other things we did not like.

Location was perfect. Rooms were OK but no staff around to ask any questions. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. I will stay again if I come back to Trieste.

It is a bit on a smaller size. The shower is slipery and the owner should take care of that.

The apartment is close to the bus station and the city centre. Aldi and Despar are next to the apartment. It has a terase, which was quite a nice surprise.

Nice guesthouse with everything needed for a short city trip. Check-In was very smooth and quick and the host Roxy was super friendly and easily reachable. The house is very centrally located but in a calm street. The Illy coffee machine and fridge in the room were the cherry on the top!

The problem in the apartment is the shower, there is no hot water for more than one person and you have to wait... in the summer it is not a problem, in the winter it is difficult. In addition, those who are sensitive to noise... hear everything from the corridor...

The apartment is in an excellent area in Trieste.The location of the apartment is perfect, close to everything, a relatively quiet street, we got everywhere without a problem Very modest clean room. inside a larger apartment where there are about 6 other apartments. The room is very basic, a double bed and another pull-out couch, toilet + shower and desk. It was enough for us, we were 3 girls. Roxy the manager helped with everything we asked for and it was really pleasant. Requests included towels, toilet paper, kettle and blankets and it arrived quickly and everything was delivered on time

The bathroom had some drawbacks, including a lack of hot water in the morning and slow drainage in the shower. We shared our concerns with the host, who assured us that they would address these issues promptly and fix these minor issues.

Newly refurbished and conveniently located (in a centrally located neighbourhood), this brand new apartment shows promise. The bed was comfortable, and the exceptional host went above and beyond to assist us, even providing an extra fridge when needed. Roxy is a great host and she definitively adds a lot to the experience!

The bathroom had a musty odor, causing our clothes to smell unpleasant, and the thin walls amplified the noise from the neighbors. Additionally, the water pressure was terrible, making it difficult to take a shower.

The location is - great. The bed was comfortable.

The was only one mirror, so it could be improved. The worst was bathroom as there was constantly dripping water from the toilet and there were paddles of water on the floor. There were panels on the floor and water was flowing from beneath them. We notified the manager, but the problem wasn’t totally fixed. The water was constatnly on the floor. Besides, the sewage system was quite loud.

The appartment is located close to train station and Triest centre, there are cafes and pubs near. Communication with Aurora was very good - she responded quickly on whatsapp and there was no isdue with communicating in English. The room is big enough for three people, there were coffee and tea as welcome drinks.

There was mold on the walls at the entrance, the sheets were stained; doors to the main corridor not thick enough so you could hear every single movement going on outside the door of the bedroom

If such renovation needs of the place would have been noted prior to booking and the made forced payment I would have chosen a different location to avoid this unethical very bad experience caused by the owner of the place. The place should have been closed or guests should have been notified in advance in fair business. I request partial compensation of refunds.

The facility forced to prepared before arrival. Hence denied The chance to validate The description of the place. However upon arrival the stuff greatest with appologies due to the entrace's hallway floors condition where the laminate surface was in terrible condition. The poor state of flooring was so noisy upon guests walking that constantly interrupted night sleeping.
